My friend is 90 years old and has dementia. He has been going there for a long time, he received a message that his lease was up in September but it wasn't up until February. The guy at suski talked him into leasing another truck. The doctors took his driver's license so he can't drive, I called suskis the guy said ( well I explained everything to him) he has dementia and you know that so what good did it do to explain it!. Where do I even START. I was practically guaranteed a job here as a runner by the former foreman. I submitted my application, and Miss Angie was extremely flippant, saying that I was not applicable because I haven't worked in the last three months, even though I explained both on my application and to her face that it was because I had breast cancer and was going through chemo. They have got a LOT of nerve to fly that pink ribbon on the front of their building, while at the same time refusing to hire a breast cancer survivor. I think that says a lot about the kind of character that this business has. Update: They even had the nerve to call the former foreman and harass him because I left a review stating that they've done some extremely ethically and legally dubious things here. I don't even know where to begin. I tried to purchase a new vehicle there in 2022. no one took us seriously. So I purchased a new vehicle elsewhere... needed it to have warranty work done so I took it to Suski's because it's close to us. First time they had the vehicle there for 4 weeks with no communication. I thought they were fixing it! I finally called to see when I could pick the car up. Oh we had to order a part..but no one CALLED to tell us. 5 months later I get the part!. Then another issue arose and they basically couldn't fix the problem! But guess what... no communication whatsoever again. They put my car outside on a Friday afternoon/evening (I drove through there on Saturday morning on my way to work) and on Monday morning after work I stopped in to pick it up, assuming it was ready since it was outside and no one informed me otherwise. That wasn't the case. I asked a service advisor if my car was ready . She told me no, he's still working on it. But i's outside, how can he be working on it? 2 hours later I get a phone call the car is ready! First call ever from Suski's!! The car was still in the same spot outside with the paper they put on the floor in the back seat! They couldn't even take the paper out!!! Talked to service manager and she was useless as well. They don't care about their customers ! I could go on but you get the idea. Based on their customer service skills alone I will NOT return! I would not recommend this place for service! I would never buy anything from Suski's thanks to TJ Thomas Emery. He wasted my time and gas. I drove 3 hours and ordered a trailblazer I seen online. My husband told him we were paying cash and if he couldn't get it for $30,000 we would be wasting his and our time. When the car came in he told me it would be $32,355 but with some rebates he could get it to$30,606. I was so happy. I drove home got everything he asked me for. But the Costco rebate was no longer good.But if I could get a title to a 2009 or newer chevy he could take $750. Off. I told him We only own 2020 jeep and a 2022 Dodge. He said you don't know anyone who has a chevy. My brother does. So I called as I was infront of TJ. He said his is a 2009 and I could have a copy if it gets me $750. fast forward to today I get to Suski's after my 3 hour drive and he says the price is $32,000 I said even with everything. He looks at me as if I was a child and says this title isn't your address! I said you told me Anyone's and I told you I didn't have any chevrolet. He said well it won't work. I said so you wasted my time so I guess I should walk away. He said I guess you should. I know he had someone else that he was selling this car to and they were probably going to pay the $32,000 or more. Don't even think about buying a car from SUSKI CHEVROLET or taking you car in for service! I recently purchased a car from SUSKI CHEVROLET. Engine light came on after a few days. SUSKI sold me this vehicle with bad struts. SUSKI charged ME about 700! When I picked up the vehicle from service, I found that they had cracked the window in two places! A piece of the molding flew off on the expressway. I retrieved the piece. Most of the clips were damaged and missing. Went to use the navigation. SUSKI sold me the vehicle with no navigation disc. Terrible customer service. I came in for a slow leak in my tire and wanted it repaired. They stated it could not be repaired (which is fine, if it's not repairable, it's not repairable) and needed a new tire. I had a buick encore and the new tire was going to be over $172 for one tire. My response was "geeze" to which I was met with "well if you cant afford it we will just put it back together and send you on your way". Are you kidding me? It's not a matter of affording anything. I'll gladly go down the street and pay $190 if that's what they want to charge. Poor customer service and rudeness get you no business. Got down the road and not only was my hood not latched but there was a lugnut that wasnt put back on. Totten tire down the road was magically able to repair the "unrepairable tire" for a mere $15. Sold my soldier son a used car. Was suppose to have one owner no car fax provided. It has nickled and dimed him to death. Now on Saturday Nov.17,2018 he was driving to work on I 75 and total his car. Thank god no one was hurt or suski would be sued. Took to the body shop, and they said it was a god sent because one this car had been in an accident before and there was multi issue with it. Purchased a jeep from this dealership and instant nightmares. They knew I lived in another state and I left the jeep after purchase for repairs to be done. Came back to pick up jeep and as I drove down highway I was stopped for head light being out. then as I drove and tried to put a disk in and the disk player does not work. shop promised me instead of them buying a new cd changer they would swap out a display cd changer when one came in. I checked monthly and when one came in they conveniently had no remembrance of the conversation. I could go into other issues but its not worth it. just beware read more

I brought my car in on Thursday and they got it in right away, however, on Friday I called after not hearing back and was told that the water pump and serpentine belt were replaced, but they needed to deep diagnoatic the engine and tear it down and look at the heads. I approved it and didnt hear anything back. I called Saturday and was told that the guy started it, but had to go home for a family emergency on friday. I called back Monday and was told that everyone including the tech was out sweeping snow off cars. By close on Monday I learned that the car was NOT started on yet. 4 days and excuses. And I still dont have a running vehicle. I dont like being lied to either. Live and learn, but I will NEVER give my service or recommend anyone else to this place, let alone buy a car from them. read more

Jason Wendling and Troy (don't have last name) were absolutely awesome. The whole experience was great. I have been buying cars for a lot of years (33 vehicles) and this was by far the best experience. They dealt with me in a very courteous manner and met most of my demands like professionals. They even pulled a vehicle from another dealership to get me exactly what I needed. When the vehicle arrived from the other dealership, there were 2 small dents on the passenger door. Jason was very apologetic and told me this isn't the way they do business. Jason and Troy both worked with me, got their dent/scratch guy on it the following week and even let me take a loner while my Camaro was being taken care of. My bad experience started the first time I test drove the car. I had spoke with someone that morning about meeting a salesman that evening after I got out of work. I got there and the salesman, Ryan Moore, was clearly very annoyed to still be there and clearly very inconvenienced by us being there. Now I will say I was about 10 minutes late to my scheduled appointment due to traffic but I was very apologetic and appreciative of him still being there. We were sure to keep our test drive brief due to it being close to the time they closed, after the test drive decided to put a deposit down on the car, Ryan still was acting very short and inconvenienced by us being there. The only good part of the whole experience is how hard they worked to get us financed for this vehicle. After we were approved for the car we scheduled at time to come sign the finance papers and pick up the car. We showed up at our scheduled time (maybe a couple minutes early, I don't remember exactly) and we proceeded to have to wait over an hour and a half for the finance papers to be completed and ready for us, even though they knew for many hours what time we were coming. All of this is only the beginning. We purchased the car on a Wednesday, that same week Saturday, the 2017 Ford Escape with 45,000 miles on it, Showed a "transmission fault, service now" code and was not driving properly. We limped it home and attempted to contact them since their website said they had service there on Saturdays until 4pm and it was only 2pm. When we called they said there was no one there for us to talk to, only one or two salesman on the floor and they were busy. We then called again on Monday and spoke to our salesman, Ryan Moore, we explained the situation to him and his actual response was "okay..??" As to imply "what do you want me to do about it" and told us we should contact a ford dealership. We did that and come to find out at that dealership, this car was at another dealership earlier in the year and had had transmission work done, which he left out when we asked about the condition of the car before we purchased it. After evaluation at the Ford dealership we went to (where our service was amazing) it turns out our vehicle needed a whole new transmission. It was covered under the powertrain warranty so the story has a good ending but that does not change my opinion of Suski in any way. I will never purchase a car from this place ever again. read more

I had my credit card number stolen. Someone tried to purchase a vehicle here from a salesman named Stuart. He did return a call and was rude, abrasive, and unprofessional the entire call calling me "brother" the entire call. Like he's Hulk Hogan or something. He offered zero apologies and no empathy at all for allowing someone to try and charge a vehicle to my card. He failed to ask for any identification because he doesn't need to do that. Stating that Suski Chevrolet's policy doesn't require that. He ask me if the charge went though and that it didn't because thank God discover is a good company. Let me know that the charge didn't go though so what's the problem. I asked to speak with someone else that might actually care a felony was being committed and he said "No". We bought a car from Suski and took advantage of the autocash...took it in for an oil change and when we got home the car was leaking oil...I mean dripping bad...took it back the next business day and they tried to blame all the fresh clean oil on our car...said it was already leaking. If it had been leaking that bad the oil all over the chasis would have been dirty not nice fresh clean oil. the service manager was VERY rude to me and wanted to charge a few hundred dollars to fix it. The problem ended up being that their lube tech, Ray, didn't tighten the oil filter. I now take the car to a different place for oil changes and it still doesn't leak. We were going to buy a truck from Suski but after that happened we bought our Chevy truck from a different dealer. read more

Absolute worst experience with a used car lot I have ever had. Bought a used suv with less than 93000 mi on it. 1 week later the heads blew. They kept my car for 1 month to fix it since it was a freebie because I just bought it. Wasnt offered a rental car until after 2 weeks of not having my car. Had several other issues "fixed" that was only rigged to last for a little while, since they all are broke again. This time it was the key FOB, only had car 9 months and supposedly a "new" key FOB was installed the day I purchased my car, and now the key FOB only locks the door. Its half working and the Service Manager Todd Mosier refused to replace. Said its my responsibility because my warranty is up. I insisted that the manufacturer should have a warranty on the part itself, and that those things last for years and years, not 8 months. Basically I was told tough s***, thats what I get for buying a used car. And he told me that it probably wasnt a new FOB anyway, but a repaired one. That they are under no obligation to put new parts on used cars, that if it can be fixed with what they have then it will be. Dont buy from these people. Scam artists! read more
