Involved an accident the police department called this towing company they stole my tab off my plate on my car and my car dash looked like it was looked through. Totten Tire in Birch Run passed along their phone number, I called for a lock-out on Friday with a dire appointment just 90 minutes from then. They said 30-35 minutes and were there at 30. Had me in my vehicle in just a couple minutes - WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE DOOR. Guy was pleasant, price was VERY FAIR and yes, please tip them. I bought lunch - they are lifesavers. We went to Frankenmuth to swim, shop and have a mini family vacation. When we went to leave our truck wouldn't start! I called AAA and a tow driver from Reinert came out within 15 minutes. They towed the truck to the shop (which was only a few minutes away) and were able to look at it that afternoon. They determined that is was a faulty cap and wire(i think that's what it's called)on the engine and replaced it quickly and easily. They were friendly and very helpful. read more
