HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DAMAGE…read more.. I recently purchased a new 2022 Can-Am Ryker Elite Sport Motorcycle in June 2022. Elite because it had added accessories. I had many accessories added as well such as a professional vinyl wrap, Madstaf windshield, and much more. I had to have it towed for service because of the 2022 Ryker recall. The driver was assigned by Allstate Motor Club. He did not have the necessary equipment or flatbed to tow a motorcycle. He uses a pickup truck and a trailer hitched to the rear of his truck. The trailer does not have a ramp which made it impossible to load my motorcycle onto his trailer. My fiance and I had to physically lift and load my bike on and off of his trailer. He is a very unprofessional driver. He drove behind us 98% of the way from the auto repair shop to our home until surprisingly he took a turn 1/8 of a mile from my home. I thought he maybe knew a shortcut. I arrived at my home and waited an additional 45 mins. for my motorcycle to arrive damaged. The damages were not there when he first picked it up. I thoroughly inspected my 2022 motorcycle before he arrived to transport it. After he arrives 45 mins later he states he was going to take it for a test drive but I took the key with me. I am not happy with the service I received or the damages to my two-month-old Ryker. Stay far away from this company.
