We have had to get two cars repaired from here and we were very impressed from start to finish. They communicated clearly at how much the repairs would cost and how long it would take. One of the cars was repaired earlier than they had estimated. We were even able to get a loaner car during the duration of the repairs. When we got the cars back, you would never know that the car had previously been damaged. Both cars look great! If I find my self need auto collision again, I will not be going anywhere else. read more

Took my car into Thomas Auto Collision for a smaller fix on the front of my car. Spoke with Owner personally, he said I can call insurance and tell them we are good to go. Two weeks later..... no call from Thomas..... every time I tried to call him, it conveniently went to Voicemail. He ended up calling me back and saying he was going to order the parts(mind you that was three weeks after I first saw him) two weeks after that... still no call saying he received my parts. He loves to jerk people around. He is only interested in doing jobs that are "cool" to him. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time. Took my business elsewhere. I took my car there to get an estimate to repair a spot where a bird pooped on my car and ate away the clear coat. The worker told me to wait a minute and he quickly repaired the issue via wet sanding and polish right there for free! I'll definitely be back the next time one of our vehicles needs a repair. AWFUL! STAY AWAY! Brought my car there after it was hit in the parking lot. Once it was 'fixed' the door didn't lock anymore, I have called several times and showed up there when I didn't receive a call back. They tried to fix it on the spot but couldn't figure out what they had put together wrong. When they were putting my door back together they felt there flashlight inside and had to take it apart again! They said they would call when a loaner car was available so they could take a day to look at it. NEVER CALLED...my car is still not working correctly. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

The man who works up at the front, Rusty, is super nice and helpful. Great customer service by the front desk, but the actual workers aren't thorough. I needed my quarter panel, passenger door, dashboard, and back door replaced, which was replaced, but painted a different color. (my car is gold/silver and they painted it silver). They had it for 7 weeks and when I got it back, the doors were different colors, my sunroof didn't work, my door panel was loose, my bumper is cracked, my seat warmers don't work, and the paint was scuffed. I've taken it back in 3 times and told them to check it thoroughly to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect, but I still have to keep bringing it in because of damage that they didn't check for. read more
