Where to start i perched a 2015 equinox a few yeas ago. The engine blew so we had them replace it. The cost was $9018 and change. Sence the engine was replaced we have had it back 3 times for the same problem. Lights turn on car won't start. All 3 times they tell me all set car is fixed. I talked to the salesman today and he tells me the car is only worth 3000 we owe 9000. You wold think they would try to keep a customer happy as of right now I will never come back. I would give them no stars if I could. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with the staff and service department. In it for themselves. read more

Still 1 star service for the oil change came here cause it was for my mom since she lives in Durand and this is close by. But after today's service in the oil change department next time I need an oil change will take it to the dealership that me and my wife have switched to in the Flint area. read more

Before arriving, I was emailing back and forth with Chelsea. She went above and beyond to take detailed pictures of the vehicle I was interested in, and to give me all and any info. This helped tremendously because I work night shift about an hour and a half away, and couldn't make a quick trip into the area. Once I arrived, Tiffany took over and couldn't have been any more pleasant or easy to deal with, or get along with. She's very knowledgeable and made the entire purchasing process a breeze. I drove my truck to the dealer that day, and wasn't leaving town for a week. So she arranged for me to put a deposit on the vehicle that day, finish paperwork, and come back with a car transport trailer as I was leaving town. This took a lot of stress out of the situation and I don't think anything could've went easier. Will definitely be returning to see Tiffany in the future! read more

Verbally agreed to purchase a vehicle for a said price +tax, tag, and title with the sales employee Steve Brown who on the phone confirmed with the Sales Manager. I then made vehicle loan arrangements, travel arrangements (different state), and work schedule arrangements. Just before my flight they then communicate to me a price 900$ (Including a 700$ dealer prep fee) higher than the price agreed to the day prior. Very dishonest sales team, I spoke to Don Farmer the sales manager who basically didnt care what prior commitments were made or the fact that I made arrangements based on said agreement. I think the dealers slogan has something to do with fun buying process, what a joke! read more

On August 2019 I went to pick up my vehicle at the service department. I was starting to put a lot of money in repairs. I decided to pull around to the sales department. I went inside and was acknowledged by Brad Benn. I explained what I wanted , the price and type of vehicle. Brad listened to what I wanted and went about making it happen. I never felt pressured or trying to be talked into something else. I was having a particularly difficult week. Brad was very helpful. I am very pleased to say I'm very happy driving my traverse. Customer loyalty and satisfaction don't mean anything here. If you present a significant issue with a vehicle or sale transaction, "Chip" and his crew simply refuse to respond to your calls and emails, until you surprise them with a visit. When you won't leave without an answer, they will tell you "it's too late." Make sure to share your concerns with GM Customer Care...they seem to be familiar with this dealership. read more

He makes everything so easier and really does his best to make sure you get the best deal AND that you understand everything about your new vehicle before you drive off the lot. I wouldn't let Graff Chevrolet's service department work on my lawn mower. They were the only service department to ever work on my wife's car she bought new from Graff's. I was under the car the other day and saw the underside had oil strung from the oil pan back that was caused from them leaving oil on the cross member after doing an oil change. It appears they have never cleaned up the problem caused when they let the oil out of the motor because there's still oil puddles in area's. The underside of the car looks like it's had an oil leak for ten years and it only has 11,000 miles on it. Some people may think this is just oil under the car and won't gave it another thought but think about these mechanics working on more important safety items on your auto. They are doing sloppy work on the simple tasks so when it comes to repairing brakes or other items I wouldn't let them near my car. The service manager is responsible for every car that gets serviced at Graff's so he's either hiring the wrong people or not caring about the quality of work done in his shop. My family is too important to me to let sub par mechanics work on my car ever again. read more

Terrible customer service and very dishonest! Where do I begin...they tried to hide a scratch and pretended to not know about it when we found it, then they promised to fix it if we bought the truck and then the next day said they couldn't as they were already losing money on the truck because it was listed so cheap at $27,900. We asked the next day if they would meet us in the middle with the scratch and split the cost to fix it and they said they would. We agreed on a price of $26,300 only to find out that same day the price of the truck was brought down to $24,400 online. When that was brought to their attention they claimed it was a "mistake" but they would honor the price for us. We went through the loan process and said we would be in the next day to pick it up as we live over an hour away. The salesman called an hour later to say they were selling the truck to someone else. Don't waste your time with them unless you want to be screwed over and lied to! read more

VERY POOR service! In the past month I was at Graff Chevy of Durand 3 times. The first time I was with my 15 year old daughter who was wearing shorts and 2 of the sales people were making very inappropriate gestures towards her butt. I told another person that worked there about it and pointed them out to him - nothing was done. All this other sales person wanted to do was sell a car. My husband and I went back a couple of days later. We told 2 different sales people who we were there to see, and we were told by both of them they would get him for us. Well we waited for over half an hour - but the salesperson we were there to see never came to talk with us. We even went inside the show room and looked at the cars in there, and no one greeted us in there or asked if we needed any help. SOooo, my husband and I went right from Graff chevy of Durand to YOUNG"S of Owosso. We were greeted right away and treated with respect. We also bought a car from Young's that same day. GREAT SERVICE YOUNG'S!!!! Then today (6/10/2015) I went back to Graff chevy of Durand because they had an ad in the paper for a 2015 Chevy Traxx. The ad said as low as $51.00 a month and a minimum trade of $4,000.00. I wanted a second car for my daughter. I was at the salesperson's desk and he kept leaving. He was waiting on another set of customers while I sat there waiting. NONE of the other sales people were waiting on any customers and the one that was dealing with me was waiting on me and another couple at the same time. Well, I was there for about an hour and a half and got no where. He spent 3/4's of his time with the other couple. When he was finally ready to give me the quote for the car I wanted I couldn't believe it. Almost $400.00 a month to lease the Chevy Trax and he wanted me to do it for 39 months. The car I got almost a month ago at YOUNG'S in Owosso is a Chevy Trax. I love it so much I wanted my daughter to have one too. It has everything I wanted. It's got a sunroof, bose sound system, only 12 miles on it and it is only $200.00 a month. The Chevy Trax at Graff Chevy of Durand DID NOT have anything I wanted and I got a monthly quote of almost $400.00 a month. Besides that the sales person was very unprofessional. He should have brought in another sales person to help instead of making me sit and wait on him for nearly an hour and half. Needless to say, I left without buying a car. I will however get a new Chevy Trax very soon - Just NOT from Graff Chevy of Durand!!!!! read more
