This company is ridiculous. Every time I take my car there it cost me mega bucks today. It's gonna be $1800 to fix a camera that's off-line from the car wash. They claim the whole system needs to be replaced. Ridiculous you can't fix anything you can't repair anything it's always replaced replace replace. I bought this car at GMC. Ordered a $350 replacement tv screen for an Escalade. They shipped it for $20. USPS lost it. The dealer tells me to file a claim and the dealer will not help with the problem. They encouraged me to file a claim with USPS which would be for $100 worth of insurance. Totally not concerned that I am going to be out $270 (with shipping). Dealer was happy to take my money but don't care if I don't get what I paid for. No wonder Amazon does so well. Honestly I was shocked by how little care they have about it. Am I accountable for not selecting more expensive shipping / insurance. Maybe. I wasn't told the shipment wouldn't be insured for the cost of part. Looks like it's going to cost me $270 In the dealer accountable for customer satisfaction. Maybe. But it is going to cost them a one star review. read more

It's only this high cause my wife like la coming here. What made me do only a 2 star review is how they straight up weren't honest when I called them out on why it costs 200 dollars to turn 4 nobs to mount a Thule rooftop carrier. I looked up the info directly from Thule and when I proceeded to open the package it was what I expected. 4 brackets to turn by hand and it's now mounted to our vehicle. They told my wife when I said I looked it up it was more to it but when I opened the box same parts as the instructional video to place on top and turn all 4 nobs. Shea Chevrolet Write Up I'm am utterly disappointed with the service I received at Shea Chevrolet. The benign neglect is inexcusable and unexceptable. After being rushed into the paperwork process and not receiving my refund from test driving a car with an empty gas tank, I was told that my vehicles accessories were ordered and they will give me a call when they arrive. After months of reaching out to the neglectful dealer that sold me the vehicle, I was finally informed that I had nothing coming because it was not in writing. Under the impression that he was operating out of good faith caused me to lose. After contacting TONY the sales manager, it was obvious that I was viewed as an opportunist trying to get something for nothing even tho I had the text messaging to justify the validity my complaint. I have no problem paying for what I want. But stringing the customer along is definitely bad for business. I should have known I was going to have problems when they neglected to provide had me with a license plate causing me to drive illegally for MONTHS! My wife and I contacted Shea about a particular vehicle they had for sale. She spoke with the Internet Sales Manager (Rhonda) at 12:30PM and she set an appointment for us with Mike McDonald at 1:30. We live an hour away, so we took off. Once we got there, we were told Mike wasn't in the building and Rodger would take care of us. When we got into Rodger's office, my wife informed him that the women's bathroom was very dirty. He didn't seem to care too much and laughed and said "oh well, I don't go in there." Rodger then told us that the car we were interested in was sold that morning. Being that Rhonda called us in the afternoon to schedule an appointment, we weren't too excited to have driven an hour. It seemed to be a pretty clear attempt at a bait and switch. Get them in the door to sell them something type of thing. The only thing that made this 2 stars instead of 1 was Rodger's manager, Wayne, who at least seemed like he cared. Did he? Didn't he? I don't know, but at least he feigned that he did. Even though someone said they were talking to Mike McDonald, he still didn't introduce himself or talk to us or anything. On top of all this, amid the Covid pandemic, 50-60% of the people there were wearing masks. Cool. Oh and I still have no proof that Mike McDonald exists. read more

Had to get a routine oil change, went perfect! I was told a few months back from another Chevrolet location that I would most likely have to get an alignment soon. I let the people at Shea know that and they said only if I've been feeling it pull, etc. So, I like how honest they are. Too many times I've been to get something done on my car and am met with pushy mechanics telling me I need to get something else done that is not necessary. 10/10 would recommend Shea Chevrolet to anyone! read more

The Shea difference is lack of integrity. Here is my recent experience. We found a car we liked online and reached out to Shea Automotive. We got a text message back from them asking us when we would like to see the car. We set up a "VIP appointment" to see the car the very next day. I stayed in constant communication with their sales rep via text message and phone call to make sure the car was still available and worth the hour drive to the dealership. I received a text message from the sales rep approximately an hour before the appointment and they told me that the car was waiting for me to see it. They were well aware of the one hour drive I needed to make to get to the dealership. I let them know that we were on our way and excited to see the car. We drove straight to Shea Automotive and we were greeted at the door by a salesperson. They took us to one of the sales offices and began making copies of my ID so that we could test drive the car. As we sat there making small talk, another salesperson walked in. I presume he was some sort of manager. He "apologized " and told us that the car had been sold just a little bit before we arrived. "How is that possible? We asked. We had a "VIP" appointment to see the car. Surely they wouldn't tell us to drive an hour there, only to sell the car before we arrived. The sales manager stated that our "VIP appointment " was only valid if they didn't sell the car. They offered no other options. No compensation for the wasted 2+ hours of driving (in heavy rain). Nothing. They never said that we should or could put a deposit down over the phone to hold the car. They just wasted our time. The Shea difference is that they have no integrity and don't seem to care about their customers. I recommend purchasing your vehicle elsewhere. Of course they seem great when you're purchasing a new vehicle but customer service after the purchase is very poor. I have a question about extended warranty I purchased with my Sierra. I've attempted to contact Stacey in financing several times. I've left multiple voicemails, messages with receptionist, and an email. There's been no attempt to contact me back. I even lied once when I called about the type of vehicle I purchased so I could connect with a different financial adviser. Joe didn't call me back either. I don't live in the area so it's difficult to show up unannounced and hope to speak with someone directly. If you're looking for quality customer service with a dealership during your purchase and with any issues after, I'd strongly recommend passing on Shea (Patsy Lou). read more
