Took my truck in for a recall air bag repair. When I picked it up, it had two cracks on the dash right near the air bag. They claim it wasn't them that damaged it because that repair wouldn't have anything to do with that. I think I would know if the truck I drive daily, clean and still owe $6000 on had cracks on it before I left it there. I will not leave my vehichles at that service center again.

I contacted Sovereign to see if they were willing to do anything to help me out. After about a week of "back and forth" because (the owner lives in Florida) they agreed that if I had the vehicle towed they would look at it. Another week passed of back and forth and "the owner is on his way back from Florida" every time I called (they never contacted me with new information) I always had to call them. Long story short the engine was shot after not even having the vehicle 90 days and they're offering a trade vehicle for the price of the car with a blown motor. Excellent service, Nigel, also great job stepping up and being present to speak with a long time customer after multiple requests to speak with you directly. Wonderful job. Never again and everyone i know will be forewarned about my experience. Terrible.

Then come to find out they did not divulge anything wrong with the vehicle that the sunroof wasn't working the key fob was broke the trunk wouldn't open. I took screenshots of their ad I had a mechanic with me they divulged nothing so I suggest you look over their vehicle with a fine-tooth comb if you plan to purchase a vehicle from them. The owner said to f*** off. You paid for a car with low miles from Florida that has signs of flood damage to me. But do not know for sure tried contacting the old owner of the vehicle in Florida to find out dog very deep into this vehicle history wise they will make all your headache buying needs come true. Had to file a complaint with the state

UNSAFE VEHICLE!!!!…read more I'm not usually one for writing reviews but I have to put this out there... I went to go test drive a car there today. It was an SUV I could live with. Had low miles. The sales guy was going to "cut me a break" on the price since I would be paying cash. The "break" was only charging $800 over KBB value. I understand it's a seller's market so way willing to pay more. After about 3 times using the brakes, they started to grind metal on metal and STUCK. I could barely stop when I turned around to go back to this place. I understand there is risk buying a car sold as is but it was dangerous. When I went in to tell the sales guy, he talked over me and tried to get me out the door as fast as possible. When I turned, there was a sort of crunchy grinding noise. My husband and I had pulled over a little ways down the road to just inspect the vehicle away from the sales guy. It smelled like weed. All the compartments in the center console were broken. It was dirty (dirt and grim and sticky cup holders) with stuff under the seats. 1 of the seats didn't move the way it should. It was missing vent covers. The back hatch didn't open. Trying to end on a positive... I will say that the sales guy was very friendly and responsive when we spoke on the phone.

If I could give Zero I would…read more I have a 2016 Chevrolet equinox with under 100,000 miles. It DOES have a rebuilt title from a side impact collision, but that has been fully repaired. Inspected and cleared (just to be clear). Around February I had the Rear Main seal burst, got it to Simms Chevrolet Service department. They fixed it, charged me around 2,000$ and said I was good to go. Then, I'm driving down the road, no check out engine lights, all the sudden the car dropped to reduced engine power, and stalled. It would not turn back over. Got it towed to Simms. The call me a few days later saying, it'll be almost 6,000$ to fix. That the engine has a very well known and documented issue with the piston rings. SIMMS informed me that there were multiple lawsuits about it previously and current. AND they told me it was probably the issue that caused my rear main seal to burst. They said the oil sensors in the engines of all equinox's are faulty and as long as 'some' oil goes past them, they read as good on oil. But that my car was empty of oil. Again, they charged me 2000 dollars, 2 months prior to fix my rear main and to put fresh oil in. I had driven my car only 2,500 miles since they serviced it. They knew that there was an issue, they didn't bother to inform me of it. They replaced the rear main seal KNOWING the best case it would blow again, and likely it would blow the engine. They KNEW that the issue is known to cause engine fires. And they said and did nothing. Then they offered me 500$ to scrap the car for me. Absolutely not good care, and absolutely not, a good company.

Now Im very big on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's the first thing that gets me in the door and has my undivided attention. I Feel the staff fully answered all of my questions honestly without trying to hustle me or talk me into something I didn't want or need. 1ST day - they were closed but could still look at the vehicles on the lot. I just browsed around just to see if something would catch my eye (a few vehicles did). Day 2- I came back talked to staff, got questions answered, test drove and got vehicle(s) inspected by my choice facility/mechanic. Day 3 - proper paper work handled & new car purchased. Now this is what i call as easy as 1-2-3...lol. I had a blast talking and mingling with the crew!! Oh yeah I left out the BEST PART EVEEEER: This was a great day about 70°F out sun shining; while signing paper work and waiting on vehicle to be shined up my daughter and I was treated with the most incredible, delicious homemade jalapeno & cheese brats...Mmmm so good !! I took it back to them a few months after I got the Jeep because the warning lights started. They said they fixed it but they didn't. I tried touching base again and they ignored me. I took it to another dealership and they said it was fixed but it wasn't. This has been a back and forth issue and now we're at December 2025 and November was the last time it was in the shop. I had to hire a Lemon Law Lawyer. They are very dishonest! I'm very disappointed because I was very excited and the Jeep was a Holiday present to myself. When the dealership gives you a lemon.....sue. Service advisors know how bad the vehicles are because a few of them agreed with me and even said, well it's a Chrysler brand. I think they purchased their parts from Temu.

Do not recommend me and my fiancée walked in to look at a jeep we sat and talked to a salesman…read moretalked about the jeep went for a test ride and all was good we talked about financing and how we only wanted to finance through our bank they say no problem and we have yet to se any kind of numbers how what the OTD would be so we told the finance and the salesman that we were going to lunch and that we were going to get in contact with insurance to make sure it wasn't crazy and we told both salesman and finance manager to not pull our credit until we find out how much it is going to be. We eat lunch they call us to see what's going on and we tell them that insurance was to much and that we would be buying unfortunately well come to the next morning we wake up to emails say that they not only pulled our credits and they also only pull for their own finance department when in fact me my fiancee the finance manger and salesman were on the same page of not going to any other financial services beside our current one. Then the salesman try's to bring in another worker to say that he only payed $900 for a car s&s and renters which is outrageous and may god be with him. That's all do not waste your time with this place. Also salesman gave a dirty looked when we told them that if insurance was to high that we weren't buying rolled his eyes and scuffed prolly didn't think I caught it but I did.
