While the engine starts and idles, it quickly stalls once shifted into gear. Pressing the accelerator barely moves the truck 25-50 feet before it dies completely, with the engine sputtering, struggling, and making a knocking sound. A diagnostic check showed an Advanced Timing error on Cylinder 1--an issue costing more to repair than the engine itself. I've already paid over $1,000 out-of-pocket to have the engine installed, and despite this, the seller has refused all communication via messenger, phone, or email. I've attached a video for reference and am now pursuing legal action for damages caused by their unethical practices.

Big mistake. 1st, I was told they couldn't put on my 2 new tires because they didn't match the old tires. I wanted both back tires replaced, so as long as they're the same size, that had no bearing on the existing front tires. She said they still wouldn't do it. I said I could have the 2 front tires there by the time they were ready to do the work, because I had all 4 bought new, the same size. She walked away & went to talk to the 2 mechanics that were DOING NOTHING. They lied and said that my tires didn't match the door placard in my van. When I got in my van, I checked, and they were the right size. I went back in, and before I said anything because I was waiting behind another customer, the girl called the Mgr & said that I treated them badly. Without even talking to me 1st, the Manager told me I could take my car to another Walmart. "You can go to Burton" were his exact words. When I asked the him what I said, he could not tell me. Apparently employees can treat customers badly and they're not to supposed to respond in kind. So, now I'll be shopping at another Walmart for EVERYTHING, all because of a horrible Auto Care Ctr manager.

WARNING! STAY AWAY! I leased a brand new Compass Limited December 2024 and it's been in the shop…read moreabout 10 times for electrical issues. One time it was on the shop for over a month. I took it back to them a few months after I got the Jeep because the warning lights started. They said they fixed it but they didn't. I tried touching base again and they ignored me. I took it to another dealership and they said it was fixed but it wasn't. This has been a back and forth issue and now we're at December 2025 and November was the last time it was in the shop. I had to hire a Lemon Law Lawyer. They are very dishonest! I'm very disappointed because I was very excited and the Jeep was a Holiday present to myself. When the dealership gives you a lemon.....sue. Service advisors know how bad the vehicles are because a few of them agreed with me and even said, well it's a Chrysler brand. I think they purchased their parts from Temu.
