I thought it was the TIPM but checked all the fuses, relays and connections but no go. Jeep still ran but had to pull the fuse on the wipers. I called US Speedo and talked to the tech directly. He knew from the symptoms it was the cluster. I was skeptical but sent it in. Received a replacement back in about a week and it's working great, even the odo was set to the correct mileage. * Problem started when I didn't air down and ran too fast over a washboard dirt road and it vibrated the h*ll out of the dash. What can we do for you?" I knew right then I had come to the right place! After finding out my name, Hunter ALWAYS addressed me by my name ( which made me feel at home) and it got better from there. I explained that I had just had my front tires replaced and told Hunter that I had replaced my lower control arms myself but I asked if they would check my work to see if had I had done the job right? I also explained that I had a bumping noise that I could not find for over a year under the front end. I also need a front end alinement because the new tires and the the new control arms. I was embarrassed to tell Hunter that I had did the work myself, but he ever so politely made me feel better by assuring me that they would take care of everything and told me I was not stupid! A lot of places would have tried to make you feel like you were some kind of moron who should not be any where near a wrench but Hunter was just the opposite! Anyway, they found in 3 minutes (or less) what the bumping noise was under my front end (it was the stabilizer bars on both sides) and told me my control arms were installed correctly which made me puff up with pride, and they performed a front end alignment quickly and correctly and for a great price! It was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted to go home like everyone else, but nicely fit me in (which they didn't have to do) and I was on the road in an hour. I couldn't believe the difference in my Nissan! Before I came to them my front end was bumping, swaying all over they road and it felt like the whole front end was going to scatter all over the highway! When I left, it was just like driving a new car! I was beside my self with appreciation! It was unbelievable the difference! She didn't tell them she had gotten an estimate from HTech just told them the problem she was having. They found the same problems as H Tech but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE! So of course she had Mr Front End do the repairs. They were extremely nice, kept her updated on their progress and actually finished it much faster than they had told her it would take. Her car is driving good as new! We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. We have taken vehicles here in the past and always been pleased. Thanks to Randy Wise Chevrolet in Flint, MI who repaired the recall again correctly due to the other dealer's shitty workmanship. Long story short. My husband and I traveled to Frankenmuth, MI for a couple of days heading home today. During a monsoonal downpour, our wipers quit working on I-75 South heading home. Luckily, we were very near an exit and were able to drive on the shoulder to a BP gas station which was just off the exit. Thanks to the clerk at BP who headed in the right direction. We had to have our Equinox towed to a nearby Chevy dealer who made the recall repair and we were able to return home safely. Bosak has just lost a long time Harbor Chevy customer! This is why I hate to fucking travel!

I reached out regarding a significant issue with the front right wheel pulling hard, and what followed turned into an absolute nightmare. After securing an appointment, I dropped my car off at 1 PM, hopeful for a quick resolution. Four and a half hours passed with no communication from them, leading me to make two calls for updates. To my dismay, I learned they hadn't even begun to inspect my vehicle. The response I received was disheartening; it felt dismissive when they suggested I would have to cover costs that should have been addressed by them so soon after my purchase. I expected at least a simple courtesy of checking my car and providing updates instead of making me chase after them for information. After speaking with four different people and experiencing confusion over who was responsible for costs, the used car department finally offered to split the cost of a diagnostic. They promised to pick up my car the following Monday, but nearly a week has passed without any follow-up or scheduling communication. The lack of respect and communication throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. One service representative, Todd, was particularly dismissive, treating my concerns as if I were overreacting and implying that I was simply making up issues. This is not how a new customer should be treated. Having only purchased my vehicle three weeks ago and already facing such a distressing service experience--despite having bought an extended warranty--I feel abandoned. The fact that I can't get a simple diagnostic covered after spending tens of thousands of dollars is truly unacceptable. Now, I am forced to spend $200 to have it serviced elsewhere. I will return to Randy Wise only when necessary for warranty work.
