Playing their game with pricing, and going back to the "sales manager" for a "better" price. Just tell me the cost already! Gordon Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. They gave me a list of 12+ pricing options. Purchase and leasing. As it turned out, their pricing was better than the other dealers I had been to. The best part about my buying experience were the sales people. Rachel K and Dave F. They actually made the buying process enjoyable. I drove from Milford to Garden City for my purchase. Knowing there are multiple dealerships in between. Rachel made the experience worth the trip. If shopping for a car, I would recommend giving Gordon Chevrolet an opportunity to impress.

I've had to chase them down for updates, calls go unanswered, and promises made early on have not been honored. Now, instead of making things right, they've tried to buy the truck back for far less than what I paid--leaving me stuck with the loss on a vehicle that was never right to begin with. In addition, I was given incorrect information regarding a safety recall, which delayed having the issue properly addressed. My vehicle now has to be returned for a fourth time to have the recall completed, even though it should have been taken care of while the vehicle was already in their possession for 8 weeks. What was even more frustrating was my inability to speak with a supervisor after specifically requesting one. When customers have ongoing concerns that are not being resolved, they should have access to management who can address the situation and help find a solution. Instead, I was left feeling unheard and without the support I expected. I trusted the dealership to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle, but instead I experienced repeated repairs, poor communication, inaccurate information, and a lack of accountability. While my original concerns were eventually resolved, the overall experience fell well short of the level of service I expected. I hope the dealership takes these concerns seriously and improves both its customer service and repair process so other customers do not have the same experience.
