They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with.
