I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. We had an unusual situation arise about halfway through a project that changed the scope of the work needing to be done but also changed the original economics of the decision to make repair. When given the option of "sticking it to me" or hurting himself, Adam chose to hurt himself. What this tells me is that this is a business that is true to their word, thinks long-term and sees issues from all perspectives. This is rare in today's world. If/when I have a need for their services in the future, I won't hesitate to hire them. You should feel the same way.
