When I arrived, they had the replacement tire in stock, mounted it on a new rim (since my original rim was bent), and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, on my way home from Higgins Lake, my other camper tire blew. I stopped at the Saginaw location, where the service representative was kind, but they weren't nearly as efficient and didn't have the same inventory available. My son suggested calling the Fenton location, and I'm so glad we did. They had the exact tire I needed, told me it would be ready when I arrived, and it was waiting for me. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Two thumbs up to the Fenton team! Keep up the outstanding customer service, excellent time management, and seamless operation. They were kind and considerate, gave me coffee, and checked everything. To my surprise, they told me I didn't need an oil change or any work done on my tires; the wear was even, and I could return to have them checked "next summer." The oil was fine and should last "about 2000 miles more." What other place will be honest even if it means losing money? I left there with hot coffee in my stomach and no money out of my pocket. I always used the dealership because I was affraid of scams...finding a good machanic is like finding a good dentist and accountant-it's detrimental! Anyway when I came into this repair shop it was clean and friendly. The guy at the desk told me upfront what I needed and even told me of other repairs the Honda dealer failed to inform me of, and showed me why I needed the repairs. I also needed a new windshield. Again, lovely Michigan weather had ruined our cars. The guy at the desk suggested I repair my windshield at Fenton Glass down the street, and even offered to drive my car down there after the repair is complete. How thoughtful!!! When I dropped my baby, uh I mean Honda, i was very worried of added expenses and surprises and even informed the guy my passenger side mirror is loose and to be careful. Around 1:00pm, THE SAME DAY!!, I recieved a call my Honda was all fixed and ready! WOW!!!! That was quick! So I went to pick up my car. I was getting my car serviced while he was there, and the guy was a complete jerk, and it was all poor me poor me. I've been coming here for all my work on my vehicles, and they get me in and out quickly. The nerve of this guy to leave a petty review like that is ridiculous. Also, Bob you didn't have to "come back" you hadn't even left the parking lot, and when you came in to complain about your ABS light they had it taken car of in minutes to appease you and they were very sympathetic to your needs and definitely didn't smirk at you.
