I walk in and see my truck sitting off to the side of the garage damaged. When I asked the owner what was wrong they said they dropped my truck off of the lift. Them dropping my truck caused about $20,000 worth of body damage. Get my truck Back after about one month and two days later my tranny goes out. When they dropped my truck they jolted the motor, tranny and God only knows what else. My truck will probably never be right after that. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Extremely frustrating and unsafe experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and ended up paying $3,400 for repairs that did not fix the problem. Within one day, the vehicle was shaking badly, and I had to return because a part they installed (tie rod) was not properly secured. The issue continued for weeks, including multiple breakdowns and being without my car for several days. At one point, my vehicle was even moved to another location without my permission. The most alarming part is that the same tie rod failed AGAIN while I was driving, which is a major safety concern. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this with both the local shops and corporate but have not received a resolution. I would not trust this location with suspension or steering work.
