This is the most awesome repair shop I have ever gone to! Hector is honest and trustworthy! His work is of the highest quality! I was told by muffler man on Fenton Rd in Flint Michigan that my front and rear drive shafts needed to be replaced because they were broken. The cost was $2.800.00 I took my car to American Autoworks and Hector looked it over for free and told me there was nothing wrong with either driveshaft! This was just days before Christmas! I cannot say enough good things about American Autoworks and Hector Garcia!!! My daughter then took her suv to Hector and her 2007 with 200,000+ miles runs like new. I have had my Jimmy up to American Auto Works for a few repairs. this last repair was a problem child and hard to detect. Hector and his crew went through all of the options it could have been and even found another crucial problem that needed to be fixed. Anyway they eventually found the problem and corrected it. They even gave me a loaner car to use while they were working on mine. They also are going to work with me if I have problems again with this last problem to make sure it is completely fixed. This is the first time leaving a post for any business; however, after going to American Auto Works this morning I had a headlight repaired on a LS460 that takes a little time an ingenuity versus old school cars a few minutes. Most car techs have no idea on how to replace the bulb and the Lexus manual is not straight forward trying to push you to the dealer for $500. The bulb alone was $134. I was not scheduled for service and was given the best service by Hector Garcia who was very courteous and respectful with minimal wait time. Thank you Hector for the fix and savings.
