I've reached out four times since October on this and have heard nothing in response. Erick and his crew beat everyone else's estimate by almost half, they got the work done ahead of schedule (right at the end of summer, no less), and the results were beautiful. I did not think Closet by design would do such a small job, but called them anyway just to see. Not only they didn't hesitate to do it, their cost estimate was about the same as the handyman. So we went with them considering their lifetime warranty and reputable company. Their office support was great. Scheduling, installing was well organized and smooth. There was one layout mis-understanding. But they kindly pointed out the reason and the change that's was made, documented in the contract compared with original layout. While I asked for the valley rod it was forgotten in the contract. But they came back added it, along with some additional shelving to ensure that we are satisfied. This is a nice group of people to work with, very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We contracted Rob's team to paint the exterior of our house. It wasn't an easy job--split level…read morehome with two-story front aspect, surrounded by close trees and shrubbery; and we wanted a base color plus two trim colors--but Rob's estimate was right in the middle range for our area. We also appreciated his advice on some trim details that his experience brought into focus. The house needed a pressure washing, and we had some rot on deck boards that needed to be replaced. As with many projects, we found more needed repair than expected, as the deck boards hid greater rot on the joists, and a two-hour repair job turned into a full day's work. But the crew, headed by Solomon, repaired it all and still kept us on schedule! The painting was done efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail and our specifications, and with as little inconvenience to us as possible. Solomon's crew was professional, personable, competent, and skilled. The result was *exactly* what we wanted, and even with the extensive repair work, well within budget. We are so pleased with the job that we will be having Rob's team back in the autumn to do some interior painting. Top marks for Potts Painting!
