This is our second project with the awesome team at Creative Closets and we've been super pleased with their work each time! They managed to transform our bare walls in a super tight living area space with full floor to ceiling shelving, enabling us to have functional space for once! Shoutout to both Jake (the design consultant) and Anthony (the installer) - both of them showed up on time for the appointments, did all the necessary work efficiently and left our house looking spotless after they were done! Jake even came by on the day of the installation to ensure everything was all set, and we really appreciated how Anthony took the time to work with us on grommet placements so we could feed electrical wires neatly throughout the shelving. He even vacuumed up all the debris after he was done! 10/10 would recommend Creative Closets if you ever need professionals to help transform your space. Be aware if you hire them they will keep your personal information and bombard you with emails and paper mail. I got an email asking me for a review. When I unsubscribed I just got another email promoting their business. Now I am getting postal mail with fake $50 checks asking me to refer a friend. I feel like they extracted enough value from me through the very high price they charge for their work, they need to relax when it comes to squeezing more and more out of their customers. read more

Today I had a custom shelving installed. They covered the metal railing that holds the shelf with a plastic strip but there is a ¾ inch gap between the top edge of the plastic strip and the bottom of the top shelf. Also, the brackets on the upper left- and right-hand corner shelves are really visible since the shelves are not covered or have no doors. The railing and the brackets should be behind and over the top shelf respectively so that they are not visible. We have three hanging wall-mounted cabinets in our kitchen and none of them has brackets nor railings that are visible. They even have covers or doors. The design does not look professionally done and unpleasant to the sight. This did not meet our expectations. My wife and I are not pleased because of a not thought through design. It is supposed to be custom built, but it seems like a do-it-yourself hanging shelving would have looked better. We thought we could have just gone to Ikea for a better-looking hanging wall-mounted cabinet for less. We contacted the contractor/designer about the problem, but he did not even offer a solution. He said that it was the best thing he could do. In addition, during the consultation with my wife, the designer claimed that their product is solid In wood, and she believed that. It was an untrue or misleading statement because when we saw the actual product, it was white laminated wood, engineered wood product. Solid wood comes directly from trees. read more

Jeff came and helped design our Master Closet, very professional and had great feedback. The Master Closet was finished last week and we are very happy with the finished product. The design was exactly what we had wanted, but once we put our things in there it didn't quite work. My wife and I initially fell for a coupon from another company advertising 40% off plus an additional 15% off, but in the end, Creative Closets saved us over $1,000 on a very basic closet design. Owner Tim was extremely helpful and responsive, and he had designer Jeff come out to our house the very next day. Having installed closets previously, Jeff was especially helpful in improving our design and adding suggestions. These guys only have a handful of employees and don't have the overhead that forces most other closet companies to inflate their prices. We had Tim the owner over to our house to take measurements and give us an estimate. After he came over, he never called us again. I left him 2 messages and emailed twice. Finally, when I got him on the phone he said he would send it over and never did. We are completely perplexed as to why he would take the trouble to come to our home and never follow up.
