We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

Steve is extremely rude, was extremely difficult to work with, was very belittling, and mansplained to me the role of a property manager when I have myself owned and rented out a house before. He tricked me into thinking that he was the kind of property manager that cares about working with people and their circumstances, which was one of the reasons I chose that house. He was very hard to work with when I had to relocate home to Colorado for a few months for brain surgery (and what I was asking was not a lot, not even to end the lease.) When the lease was over, I reached out for a scanned copy of the deposit check and he never got back to me. When I followed up over a week later to ask more sternly for the copy I was entitled to, he presumptuously assumed I was asking because of roommate issues and told me to leave him out of it. He was belittling, presumptuous, rude, and unprofessional. And this is on top of his general lack of help with maintenance requests and overall unhelpful attitude with inquiries over the 2 years renting from him. I'm praying he doesn't respond to this review and attempt to gaslight me or justify his poor behavior as he's done with other reviewers here. Do not rent from him if you want to be treated respectfully or professionally.

Most recently, that included Dakine and North Face Exterior, both of which did excellent work. What impressed me even more was getting to work with Nicole when it came time to sell the property. Initially, I decided to go elsewhere for a realtor and spent roughly a year to 15 months trying to sell without success. Eventually, I made the decision I probably should have made from the beginning and turned the sale over to Nicole. Within about a month, the house was under contract. The difference was remarkable. Nicole understood the market, how the property needed to be priced, the area, and the value that the specific location brought to the table. From there, the entire process moved incredibly quickly and smoothly. After working with her for years, I've always felt that Nicole manages the properties entrusted to her as if they were her own, if not better. That same level of care, knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail carried directly into selling my home. Whether you're looking for someone to manage a rental property or help you sell one, I couldn't recommend 360 Properties more highly. Had a few instances with the water heater, the disposal (of course). and a toilet float which were efficiently addressed by the maintenance crew within a few short hours of calling in. Any time I would call into the office for maintenance, or questions regarding the move out requirements, etc. the staff was always attentive, friendly, & quick to respond. Moving out was easy as 360 Properties have predetermined cleaning & pest vendors who are also quick, courteous & sensible from a cost perspective. Without a doubt, Nicole & her staff put forth tremendous effort to serve the tenant while being a true advocate the owner. I would highly recommend 360 Properties and if I keep and lease my condo in Cat Hollow, I will definitely use 360 Properties!!
