But every single time I go to refill my life-saving prescriptions they are out of stock. My problem is that without said prescriptions severe medical complications could happen. They never have no solution for it. i've had to transfer my prescriptions to a different location over 25 times this year. I do not recommend using CVS pharmacy as a location where you get your prescription sent or refilled to. Southbridge CVS is a million times better and has never been out of stock on any of my prescriptions

Being a small local pharmacy, there is that personal, warm feeling every time I visit Thai. It is not that cold unfamiliar feeling that I normally experienced whenever I visit a large chain pharmacy because Thai would remember my name. What I really like the most about Thai and Caring pharmacy is that he would deliver your medication if you are unable to pick it up yourself, which is the case for my Great-Grandmother. He even went one step further and checked her Blood Pressure at her apartment when he dropped off her medication. Despite having limited parking (it's best to park across the street in the Food Zone Parking lot), Caring Pharmacy does lives up to its name and never disappointed me nor my family!

However, the new guy (owner/manager Miklos) clearly doesn't exemplify the meaning of having a "Better Life". While in the store, I heard him yelling at a customer a couple of aisles over. When I got to the register to check out, I too ended up in a shouting match with him. He was RUDE and ineffective in handling customer complaints which include: 1-Listen attentively 2-Empathize and APOLOGIZE 3-Offer and execute a solution In speaking with a few others, this not the first time for this behavior from him. Was up early (5:00) and needed milk so took a quick trip down to grab some. Was the only store open and on this cloudy morning the store lit up corner. They had local milk in the refrigerator from a farm in South Hadley so I went with that to help support the local cows, probably better for my allergies too. I remember as a kid I would stop down on my bike & skateboard before my sport practices for my sugar rush of candy. Warheads, crave, sweedish fish.... So glad I grew out of that phase... but the bakery goods as you walk in looks just as tempting to buy! Pretty sure they still have local meat in a freezer but didn't really look around for it. If you are driving through please stop in to support your local business. I promise you it is worth the investment, especially if you are grabbing a coffee because the line at dunkin across the street gets to be stupid long and you can be in and out of here in seconds.

Cons are they are not open first thing in the morning when I grocery shop and the parking is insanely busy. Gas is more expensive too. I don't think I will get my memberships worth out of here.
