I stopped in this morning, and their hours, which are totally different from what is listed on their website, are from 9 to 6. Are you kidding? What drugstore is open from 9 to 6? I went across the street to CVS, it open as 7 a.m., bought what I needed, and passed the gift cards to a homeless person on the corner. I am calling corporate today to report that they are totally lying about their hours of operation, and will NEVER shop at another Walgreens again.

This store is absolutely horrible when it comes to service animals. They yell and kick people out…read moreof the store if a service dog in training barks once. I have been in there multiple times with my service animal with no complaints but a certain security guard no matter what has something to say. The guard said we were unprofessional when he is yelling in the store. He constantly has something to say no matter what. He gives dirty looks continuously. There is absolutely no reason for this. My service dog has a vest on that says in training and I have all appropriate documentation stating he is a service animal. They are unprofessional here. When I had called to talk to a manager after this happening multiple times the worker that answered the phone said "I think it's the lady with the fucking dog". If there was another close pharmacy I would absolutely never be going here again. This store is horrible.

Feeling very normal. The latest visit, the passed Sunday noon, I got over charged a few…read moredollars.-Two boxes costed $5, but, each of them got charged for $4.99, two were about $9.98. A conversation while checkout: I said to clerk: "Good morning". She checked the clock and said: "it's 12:45pm, it's afternoon now. If I said Good morning to people but it's afternoon, people would look at me like I'm crazy." I said to her: years ago, people were very nice. They didn't look at me like I'm crazy if I said Good morning to them if that's early afternoon. They don't do that. But, she seems not agree with me about it. Then, I got over charged for a few dollars. Fortunately, I found that out. So, you would want to check your receipt all the time if you can. And, your bank cards statements. Sometimes, merchants over charge people in purpose. If you don't check your bank statement and ask for that money back, your money would get stolen like that without your knowledge, nor of your consent. Once I got double charged for $500, total I got charged for $1,000. Fortunately, I asked for that $500 back. Merchant even lied that he didn't receive it. But, actually, the second charge was from another of his business. Most likely, that was done in purpose. Be careful is the point.

Plus this is not the first time, or same person, multiple employees at this location act this way. I would avoid the center street Chicopee location at all costs. They are rude and talk to you like you are lesser than them. Maybe a little patience and respect would go a long way, also let me add I was very respectful, and didn't let it ruin my peace, but I felt the world should know. This is a company that should have good people working for them, not rude angry people.

I have…read morebeen coming here for the past 5 years and I noticed that Thai takes on a personal approach when it comes to pharmacy and try his best to help me out as much as possible. Being a small local pharmacy, there is that personal, warm feeling every time I visit Thai. It is not that cold unfamiliar feeling that I normally experienced whenever I visit a large chain pharmacy because Thai would remember my name. What I really like the most about Thai and Caring pharmacy is that he would deliver your medication if you are unable to pick it up yourself, which is the case for my Great-Grandmother. He even went one step further and checked her Blood Pressure at her apartment when he dropped off her medication. Despite having limited parking (it's best to park across the street in the Food Zone Parking lot), Caring Pharmacy does lives up to its name and never disappointed me nor my family!

Over 2 dozen self checkouts, and there were 4 open. What's the point of putting in self checkouts…read moreif they're not open for use? Especially during peak shopping times such as lunchtime, or after 5pm? Ridiculous. One employee standing in the self checkout corral watching 3 registers? What a waste, both of labor hours and your customers' time. I don't want to stand in line at lunchtime for 10 minutes, I want to cash out and get back to work. And best of all, we're not enforcing the 15 item limit in the corralled self checkouts so everyone ahead of me had heaping carts full of crap and took even longer, while I had 6 items.
