The cashiers have always been really nice, efficient, and welcoming at the different Pride stores I've gone to over the last 10 years. However, I will no longer get gas at any Pride location thanks to management's decision to install PumpTV, or whatever they call those things. It's bad enough to pay so much money for gas, but now they are adding insult to injury by broadcasting loud, obnoxious, stupid noise you have to listen to, with no way to turn it off, or even down, just because they think it's a way to squeeze even more money out of their customers. Does management really think we don't have enough of this in our lives already? Have some respect for the people who keep you in business, Pride. read more

The cashier is very rude. She incorrectly scanned the items twice. I told her it was wrong. I informed her the items were not the same and the correct price is written on them. In her haste she continued doing it incorrectly. The other cashier informed her it was incorrect. Though she still didn't want to listen and was very rude in handling the transaction. Unfortunately they are the only gas station open this late but I will definitely fill up earlier elsewhere next time. This is not the service that I recieved at Pride in the past. They definitely need to add a Customer Service class for the employees. read more

This location literally kicked me out of the establishment because my mask was a bandana and not a "real" medical mask . After I returned to my car.. I witnessed a young man enter the store with no face covering at all .. walk around the store .. pay for his things and leave . I've never felt so much discrimination . Horrible . The PRIDE at 234 East Main St (Route 20) in Westfield, MA is the most dynamic, most positive, most best convenience store in Western Massachusetts- The staff is amazing. They work together to make the experience fun, positive, and easy. I use my laptop (using it now) to look for jobs, find housing, etc. while drinking the fresh piping hot coffee. SCOTT and RON are the two young men who I have gotten to know- they are truly interested in my welfare, how the job hunt is going, etc. I like these guys alot. The night staff is also very kind, witty, and helpful. A young lady who wears glasses during the day always checks on me- asking me how my beach trip to Misquamaquit was--- she is a bright light too. I will keep coming here for the staff and for the coffee!!!!!!!!!!!! PROMOTE these 3 standouts!! read more

I am going 5 stars only because truck stops in Massachusetts are some of the worst. Pride is quite the exception. 4 bay fuel. Space for 40 trucks. A Subway which is very well run & a Duncan Donuts....all 24 hours. It is quite the Oasis for a driver In Springfield. They even have a beer & liquor store attached. What else could you want, especially for a layover? Little off the beaten path but worth it! read more

I haven't been to the Westfield Pride in quite sometime...they never had coffee, the place was dirty, and customer service...I was once greeted by a giant YAWN ehh "Welcome to Pride". Well I just went in there today...what a difference!! they must have change something maybe the management?? Well I was cheerfully greeted today, they had coffee and it was fresh and it's a lot cleaner than it has been....Keep up the good work!!! I might stop going to Cumby's all together. read more
