It's bad enough to pay so much money for gas, but now they are adding insult to injury by broadcasting loud, obnoxious, stupid noise you have to listen to, with no way to turn it off, or even down, just because they think it's a way to squeeze even more money out of their customers. Does management really think we don't have enough of this in our lives already? Have some respect for the people who keep you in business, Pride.

She's usually working wherever I'm here. She is very helpful with me when I'm picking up some Massachusetts lottery tickets. This is a clean location with a clean public restroom and plenty of easy parking in their private lot. It's a great location which is directly off of the highway. It's on a service road that runs parallel with the highway. But Just because it is extremely convenient they don't gouge you on the gas prices like most places do when they're right off of the hgwy. Kudos to them with keeping their prices in check. I have been stopping here and filling up for years now. Dozens of years. They deserve a proper review and reviews to come.

sun kissed by god 8 months ago…read morebeware!!! buyer beware!!! heads up!!! i had to report this particular private owned shell gas station at 940 belmont ave in springfield ma. i went to this shell gas station while i was on my lunch break from work and i purchased some sterling steel jewelry which was a couple pair of earrings and a bracelet which was not expensive for $44.00. when the young attendee unlocked the case display and handed me the bracelet i felt that the bracelet maybe too big for my arm and i voiced my concern to the young attendee. however, the young attendee didn't feel it would be too big. i purchased all three jewelry items. after purchasing the items i went and sat in my car outside their gas station parked at their pump. i tried on the bracelet and it slipped off immediately. instantly i got out my car and approached the counter and i stated the bracelet doesn't fit. the young attendee talked to the older attendee who spoke in their language, i assume arabic and finally stated to me that i can't get an exchange or a refund. fyi, there is no signs on or near the jewelry station stating there's no exchange or refunds. i stated i literally just bought this bracelet seconds ago. the older attendee kept repeating he can't give me an exchange or refund because the tag on the bracelet is not there. i said wait, i have that tiny piece of tag right in my car. he stopped me immediately from getting the tag and continued to say to me..." no cause it's not on the bracelet. i called the police who told me to come and make a police report whenever i can. i agreed. the bracelet was only $8.99 but it's, "the principle of the matter." i went back in the store and let that older attendee have a piece of my mind. i said you will be going to court for 8 dollars and 99 cents!!!!! again i reported these people to the headquaters of the shell gas stations in houston tx and i was told this will be expediated to shells complaint borough and i will get a response within 10 business days. they also wanted to know what i expect as a resolution to my complaint. i said i want my refund and in return i will never buy another item or gas from this shell gas station. the shell representative agreed and understood my anger. these people like i told them need to be ashamed of themselves. a simple quest for fair treatment by these people was met with stonewalling and a refusal to budge, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at this shell gas station. can you imagine handing over your hard earned cash to a prominent business and moments afterwards your left holding a worthless item due to a business who only cares about profit and not customer fairness? this was the experience i had to endure. a money hungry , money gripping type of people whose morals and ethical values are built on bad and shady business towards customers once your money has been processed or the transaction has been completed. do not spend your money at this privately owned business. thank you for those who took the time to read my review.

The only negative is their prices are higher than the going rate. Since I'm a non mechanical single woman, however, the peace of mind is worth it. The entire staff are super nice. I believe there are different people running this garage now...and they charged us $921 for an Alternator...the labor was over $500. The going rate is more like $700 or even less ....NEVER AGAIN! We had the car towed there because it was down the street from where it died and we had worked with Phil in the past and he was pretty reasonable. It was a quick decision made in the middle of the night (husband was coming home from work in Northampton at 12:30 am. I think Phil is gone and the new management are not the same! DO NOT USE THEM because they will OVER CHARGE YOU and take advantage of you.
