Today's the 28th so not a slight oversight. I brought to a store associate attention - never an I'm sorry, just lots of excuses for expired milk not being pulled. He did offer to go in back refrigerator and look for one not expired but quickly told me there was no guarantee he'd find. Then blamed Hood. I grabbed a good 1% and booked fast. Going forward, I'll be sure and never again forget milk during my usual grocery store (not Highland) trip.

We've spent thousands of dollars and minutes at your store and use the self-checkout as an impersonal, quick, and self-sufficient convenience. Now, it's miserable and slow half the time we visit and 50% of the people around us are complaining about the same thing. And to the minimum wage employees working at the store during an already struggling economy and job market, it's sad to see you embrace a technology that is literally and openly aiming to replace you in 5 years.
