They do it with respect that isn't returned or frankly deserved. They work understaffed from what I see and still do a good job. They have never messed up my meds or refused my questions. I am glad these professionals handle my prescriptions and vaccines, they do their job well and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I made 3 orders of prints that were supposed to be free. I had some issues with the app uploading the photos i wanted and had to save them from my computer to my phone to then upload them.. it took me quite a while to figure it all out...then,, When I got the email order receipt, I noticed there was a charge. I called the store and they said I had to call the national photo center...after a long time on hold and one transfer I finally got them to call the store and tell them I should be charged. They then were ok except one of the 3 orders (ironically the one that showed up on the original receipt as no charge) was missing...I had to reorder it. It was a lot of headaches. Normally I would be grateful for free stuff but this made it not worth it, but then I already sunk time it so I wanted my photos.

He used gauze and surgical tape to stop the bleeding. Unfortunately when he tried to remove the tape more skin began to tear. I asked the Pharmacist for assistance on what product would help. It was very busy, regardless, the Pharmacist showed me the wound section. He pointed to the surgical tape for sensitive skin. Your employee was professional and kind. Now with Target being at the Berkshire Mall for the past few years walmart took a hit because of it. Overall this place is a step up from what it once was. I remember going when I was longer seeing this place in a horrible condition. Floors would be dirty and chemicals from soup and liquid would be in the aisles and wouldn't be attended too. The store...and even the people working/shopping looked like a mess. I will say within the past 5 years walmart did clean it up and it does look nicer. Not as nice as the new redesigned new logo out there but the generation 2, so it is a step up from what it was but nothing more. When all said and done, it is a walmart. You can expect the same here as in any really. Although I tend to go to Target more, walmart still has better deals sometimes.

I have never did drugs and I told her i'm not going to do drugs or ruin the bathroom. She stated i cant. I purchased a soda and then asked to return. Manager refused to let me return. I never left the counter, never opened the soda. The return policy on receipt states returns can be made within 30 days. So glad I'm only going through Pittsfield, Ma and don't live there. The workers assume everyone who lives in Pittsfield does drugs.
