Hailey does SUCH a good job! I am super picky so usually to keep friendships I don't let my friends…read moredo my hair or brows that much... haha. Hailey is super sweet, will consult with you before so you're comfortable and feel like you are on the same page before she re shapes your brows or just cleans up the shape you previously had. I get super red when I wax so the cooling aloe is the best part to me. Makes such a difference though, still constantly getting compliments on my brows over a week later!

I recently ditched my old salon/brow-lady. I desperately needed to up my brow game, so decided to try thisbenefit brow bar again. On 2/10 ,Walked in not knowing I needed an appointment but very appreciative that the only brow artist was there and was able to fit me in just like that. Brittney was her name and she was so nice and I loved how my brows looked after! Had to purchase the benefit brow powder she used on me. A bit more pricey than what I used to pay. But if you want it done right. It's worth it. Just remember to make an appointment.

Positives: lots of products for women ranging from make up, hair care, skin care, perfumes etc…read more.. the employees are always helpful and very friendly. They are somewhat organized so you don't get lost in the sea of products. Negatives: as a men who also enjoys cologne, skin care, body care etc. our products are very limited. this isn't just ulta it's 90% of stores like this who give men very very small sections. I go to ulta for the colognes but they have a very small men cologne section which is sad because I enjoy smelling nice. the men's cologne seems to never have the good stuff in stock. It's all picked over. Ulta if you see this give men more colognes and provide more male products over all.

I went to Ulta just to buy a perfume for a gift. I have been checking on the L'Ange pink hair dryer…read morefor over a year, to see if there may be any discounts available so I can buy it (yes cheap I know, but it wasn't something I needed asap and a good deal is always amazing right). The price for the hair dryer has always been $249.00 for the longest since I first laid eyes on it. When I went to check the hair dryer and it had a discount of 40% off original price! Girl of course I was going to take advantage of that. 40% off $249.00 I was sold right then and there. I take it to the front and on the scanned products it showed $289.00 with 40% off so it would come out to approx. $175.00 And I argued my case regarding the pricing because I know this damn hair dryer or any other products do not go up in price as if there's inflation on hair dryers like that when manufacturers make new styles every damn second lol and I even took a picture of the pricing information just incase situations like this happen because I don't want to plead my case and have to walk back just to show them . Lovely girl in the front it's not on the workers, it's in this company trying to scam people for more money. The girl in the front of course tried to say the original price is $289 and that the prices went up in mid-May. But I know that's a lie. I fixated on this hair dryer trying to find any type of discount lol so any time I stepped into an Ulta I would of course check. Anyways, that was false I showed her the picture of the display they even have out front. And she was kind enough to comp it, and provide me the 40% the ORIGINAL PRICE $249.00 I wanted to write this review to show other females not to get scammed. That's effed up, they are choosing to raise the price to $289.00 "provide" a 40% off discount and still pay like $175.00 when it should be what I paid for it at about $140.00

5 star customer service. The woman there today was kind and very helpful. I'm not sure if she is…read morethe owner. There is a wide variety of different items for sale here. I wish I had time to browse more, but today we were on a time crunch. We always see this place on our morning coffee runs to hidden peaks and always say we want to stop in and check it out. Today we finally remembered to lol. It's a very clean and cute shop. Much bigger than I anticipated. They organize everything well, so as not to feel cluttered. There were some items I was surprised to see, like Nike hoodie's, the hair extensions, and accessories. Seemed a bit odd, but who am I to critique another's side hustle!?... I bought 2 home oils (1 oz each) to try. Yuzu and gardenia. Not to be used on skin. It's a blended oil that helps it burn better when used on a warmer. My sister got two scents of oil roller fragrances. (Forgot to take a pic of those). It was about $21 and some change for all 4. I haven't tried the oils yet, thus the 3 stars, but I have a feeling I will be updating my review and can see myself coming back to try more items since I am always next door for my coffee or chai tea fix.

The space inside is open, brightly lit, and very clean. The two associates working were both very friendly greeting me as soon as I walked in. They were keeping busy while it was slow by cleaning the shelves of the shop. Mary & Mary stocks different fragrant oils and diffusers. The carry some very pretty flower diffusers that light up--some by being plugged directly into the wall and some plugged into the wall via a cord. These are for the scented oils that are not water soluble--not the oils you would mix with water in a water based diffuser. They do carry some essential oils that are water soluble, but I recommend talking to an associate to be sure you're getting the right oil for your diffuser. This shop also carries various soaps and lotions. I liked that they carried some products that were Rainforest Alliance Certified (products from farms that have met certain comprehensive environmental, social, and economic criteria). From what I could tell all these products were made with mostly natural ingredients. Besides oils, soaps, and lotions, the shop also carries some other items like sunglasses, purses and bags (I saw the most amazing purses with the Obamas on them), and jewelry. I decided to pick up a bar of Patchouli oil soap while I was there. I'm a sucker for patchouli products, and this one was made with essential oils, 98% naturally derived ingredients, and didn't have any artificial fragrance / color. The soap is also cruelty free and packaged in recycled packaging. It's currently sitting on my desk so that I can occasionally pick it up and smell it as I write this review, but I look forward to trying it out. Overall this shop has some fun items that will likely be most loved by women (I foresee 87% of women liking this shop), democrats (see: Obama hand bags), and environmentalists (basically everything here is environmentally friendly)--if someone in your life is all three, then this is a must stop shop--but I think this is also just one of those nice little gift type shops that you can go in and browse because there are some different items here that I don't think you'll find at very many other places.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. My sister and I visited the store to check how many reward points I had accumulated from my purchases. A manager named Alex came to assist us and explained that the points were not showing in the system and that we would need to contact customer service. That part was completely fine. However, English is not my first language Portuguese is and while I do speak English, sometimes I need a little help understanding certain details. My sister was simply trying to help translate and make sure we fully understood the situation. At that point, Alex became rude and said to my sister, "Is your sister understanding? Because she is back and forth to the same topic?" in a very dismissive tone. I had to explain that she was only trying to help me understand. As a loyal Diamond member who consistently spends money at this store, I expect to be treated with respect especially when there is a language barrier involved. The issue with the points was understandable, but the way we were spoken to was not. I hope Ulta takes situations like this seriously, because customer service and respect should apply to everyone.
