I come here to print photos and deal with photos only. I use their online services for the hour printing and every single time, the photos and posters turn out as expected. The prices are fair and probably the only place I know that prints 24x30" posters in an hour. They do have a good size parking lot and easy close access to the door. It's always clean and organized when I come to pick up my orders. The staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable with the printing machines. One day my posters didn't print. The machine was having issues. The young man working the counter was on it and fixing the big machine. My anxiety was high because my client was catching a flight back home in less than 3 hours and I needed these posters asap. He fixed it and got me out of there in 25 minutes after the machine issue. Asked the employee for help when I got this for an item she didn't even bother to look at the back or help me she just said we don't have it and left. I than asked another coworker and she said their short staff and the purchase who does pick up orders does not come in until after 3pm if she comes. There was no help or kind gesture, they canceled my order even though it saids in stock. Would not be coming to this cvs store any time soon, I am a faithful cvs customer. Gave it a one star because at least the pharmacy side is always on point with my medication and super friendly. read more

Don't go on the hours posted online or even at the store... They seem to have special hours due to a lack of staff. The pharmacy is a joke! It took over 4 hours to fill the script and it was only half filled. The staff I had the misfortune of dealing with were far more involved in talking about personal matters and telling me I was rude for saying something because I was upset. I have continually been disappointed in this location. The staff working in the pharmacy area always seem unhappy to be there. The service is always slow. The website states they open @ 10 am but the phone recording states they open @ 9 am. I was there at 9am and they did not open the window until almost 9:10. I know it may not seem like a big deal to open a little late but when you have somewhere you need to be and this in turn makes you late for where you need to be. And worse yet not even an acknowledgement for the delay in opening. It just seems this location could use better staffing and customer service training. What an annoying store! First, there is a constant dinging noise going on. It was so irritating. I asked the cashier what it was. She said, "just ignore it. It's to keep us on our toes". Huh?? Then they have all these mark down yellow signs on almost every item on the shelves, which is great, except you can't see the freaking products under these signs! You have to move the yellow signs out of the way to see what the product is under them. So ridiculous. read more

I have never left a review, I am a major people pleaser and I don't like confrontation. However, my experience with this pharmacy has been so incredibly frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. I have used CVS for over a decade, and have not had as many issues in 10 years as I have with this CVS in 2 months. I typically use the app to refill my prescriptions, and rarely have any problems. With this location, every time I request a refill on the app, it sits for days saying "in process". Every time, I have to call to tell them I need it refilled, and then magically they are able to get it filled that day. When calling this location, I have to sit on hold for 20 minutes or more. I have to call multiple times to get them to answer. I understand that most places are understaffed right now, but every time I have gone in person, the few people that are there have been standing around talking to each other, and even flirting. The final thing that made me leave this review was today when I called to refill an incredibly important prescription. I requested a refill 3 days ago, and it has said "in process" since then, as usual. I called twice, and when someone finally answered, I told her that I needed the prescription refilled, and she very tersely told me that it was in process. In a kind voice (again, I am a people pleaser) I said, "Ok I was just calling to make sure because I requested a refill on the 7th", and before I even finished my sentence, she cut me off and said in an incredibly rude tone, "Ok yeah fine we got it, we'll get it filled" and promptly hung up on me. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They are rude, inconsistent, and are unable to get their customers the medications they need without a fight. I am by no means a Karen, I have never left a review, I have never asked for a manager, I have never sent a dish back at a restaurant, even when it was wrong or undercooked. To be honest, sometimes I feel like I have cooked spaghetti for a spine. But my experience with this pharmacy has been so frustrating, especially since many of my medications are extremely vital to my health and everyday functioning. read more

I moved to south Jordan at the end of last year and between my newborn and I, we've visited this location many times. The store is very clean and organized, the cashiers welcome us and are very helpful every time. I've picked up a lot of prescriptions at that pharmacy and while it's a little hard to get a hold of them(i mean business are short staffed everywhere we go so wait time are longer), going in and the drive through have been good experiences and knowledgeable pharmacists. Now the minute clinic is something else!!! I chose not to get a family doctor because my experience with Sara has been phenomenal both times I've been in. Sara I believe is a nurse practitioner?..anyway she is the absolute best, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. If I can avoid going to hospitals and just visiting this CVS, I will. I came in to get some allergy pills, and notice the layout is the very same as Walgreen's. Hardly any customers. Don't shop here unless you want your money stolen. I went in to this location to by a gift card. They don't have any one to ring you up, you have to ring your self up. I rang up the gift card and after running my payment the register locked up and stopped working. A employee called up another employee by the name of Jen, at lest that's what it said on her name bage. She said she had to reset the register. They charged my debit card and took the money out of my account, but the gift card was never activated. Jen told me I had to call the customer service department that they couldn't refund me or activate a card unless I paid for it again. I called the service line and they said they wouldn't help me. I had to file a fraud on my card and with visa. Stay away from here. read more

This Pharmecy used to be so good. Some of them are now so rude and have zero customer service. Lisa is sooooo rude. There system tells you your prescription will be ready at 2:00. Nothing. You submit again and it says it will be ready again. Nothing. Then you call and Lisa is so rude and says you have no refills. Then why do you keep saying it will be ready???? I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm really disturbed by what has happened to me recently. I get high dose migraine meds and Phentermine as prescribed by my pcp and I don't know what happened but I paid over 200 bucks for my migraine meds and when I went to go grab one noticed that the boxes were half filled even though it states they gave me the full amount on the receipts. The same with my Phentermine...bottle says it contained 30 pills but only had 15. I don't want to accuse anyone of stealing medication...but I'm really concerned that I'm not getting what I'm paying for and that my meds are being taken by the staff. read more

This pharmacy has amazing hospitality, I know that they are short staffed every now and then, but people can be rude get impatient or complain while waiting in the line honking your horn, being rude to the pharmacist or the pharmacist's team is not cool, it's not the pharmacist fault so say your doctor doesn't call the prescription in thats not the pharmacy's fault they can't do anything about it so why take it out on them?! They should not have your frustration or impatience taken out on them, they are all just doing their jobs or trying to just like all of us out here. There have been many times where it's only been (Annette pharmacist) and (Zack the pharmacy tech) they still make sure my prescriptions are filled on time, they are always so kind to me when I come, both just awesome people and super nice, if you treat people nicely and don't get so impatient or take situations out on them that they have no control over. I'm sure they'll be more helpful and be able to do their job better, let's face it we all need some kind of medication why not just try to be patient let them do their jobs?! Annette is there every day she always treats me with respect, she's fast to fill my prescriptions, very personable, Zach is the same way, they do whatever they can to make sure you get your medication on time, they do not look down on you for any type of medication that you're needing just awesome people!! I just wanted to shout out to Annette, Zack and the other pharmacy tech that's name I cannot remember, but he's awesome too. I will always continue to get my prescriptions through this pharmacy, for as long as I need medication's they are my one stop shop. I don't care if there's a long line and I have to wait because I know that Annette and Zack really do their best to make sure every customer is satisfied. This CVS location has the worst service! The pharmacist needs to learn some manners while answering the phone and speaking to people in person. She is extremely rude. We all understand there is a staffing shortage for the last few years. It takes 2 seconds to kindly say "you may want to turn your car off becuase we are very busy or please come inside because it may be a while" instead, they will let you sit for 30+ mins at the drive thru with no other cars and not say a word. And anytime you call the pharmacy to check on your prescription she will pick the phone up after being on hold for 20+ mins and say "we are busy and understaffed so you'll need to hold" and puts you on an immediate hold. No answering and nicely announcing that you have reached cvs pharmacy and please give them a minute because they are short staffed. She is just cut and dry, rude! I have put up with this ignorant service from her on at least 5 occasions over the last 6 moths so this has been ongoing for a while. And I'm finally upset enough to leave a review. I have transferred all of my family's prescriptions down the street to the next closest location and they are also understaffed just like the rest of the world but the pharmacist there is extremely kind. It takes little effort to be a nice person. You are not the only understaffed and stressed out employee in this field or this country so can someone please teach her some manners? read more

Depending on who your pharmacist is, will basically dictate your experience i forget her name but it's the female head pharmacist you want anyone else will just make you wanna rip your hair out, was told by a filler pharmacist that my script was on order and would be in the next day come to find out they don't get orders on weekends, so not only am I deprived my script this guy decides to start to tell me how I should be taking my meds against my drs advice. They've lost my prescriptions, the drive through is never open, they do not answer the phone, text messaging service and the app do not give the same correct advice about prescription readiness. They forget to charge my insurance, tell me prescriptions are ready when I call very first thing in the AM (when they actually picked up the phone) but TEN HOURS later they weren't. I've been going to CVS Rx for several years without complaint. It's almost impossible to get medication's filled. Recently it was taking 3 days longer to get Rx filled. No the drive through is only for people get Covid tests. I call the Pharmacy and wait 30 minutes or longer and no answer. I can't tell what medication was filled. I go into the store because I'm a week without a medication and they never asked my Dr to renew my meds. I'm concerned about withdrawal. The store has about a one hour wait in line. I'm recovering from injuries and I can't stand or sit that long. I'm also recovering from respiratory illness. I told manager that I can't wait that long because of injuries. She had someone take my info on a scrap of paper to have it mailed to me eventho I have withdrawa concerns. I'm also concerned about privacy of my private information. I got a call at home telling me I have to set up delivery on my own. Then I found out from my Dr that the Rx never recv'd request for refill. I never knew what med they filled. Here I am depressed because I'm in pain and withdrawals. They don't give a crap anymore or about my health. read more

Unless you know how to pull up pharmacy hours " properly" (I was shown how to by a store manager), the info on CVS pharmacy website states the pharmacy is open ( because the whole store is a pharmacy???). I drove there to get meds I needed and couldn't (because the real pharmacy part of the store was already closed). This is not the first time I have had a problem with the pharmacy- not having prescriptions filled by the time I have been told, unpleasant pharmacist, forgetting to fill all the prescriptions I asked for, filling ones I did not ask for (which is a problem when my husband picks up my meds and doesn't know). Pharmacy across the street has a better rewards program AND they clearly identify when their "pharmacy@ is open and closed. I'm done with CVS!!!! read more

I visited the minute clinic aug. 16. It is now 9/23. They couldn't figure out how to submit my medicare/supplemental insurance and charged my credit card. The nurse said I would have to submit the claim myself but didn't even give me a receipt. I have spoken to the CVS billing department twice since august 16 and they said they would resolve but I just checked with medicare and they still haven't submitted my claim. Warning: Don't go there unless you want to pay instead of having your insurance billed. It's only $139 but I am retired on a fixed income. read more

When this store first opened I was in sticker shock by the over inflated pricing of mediation, vitamins and cheaply made Chinese merchandise. Fortunately we had coupons for product and free promotional items. Unfortunately they did not honor either of these coupons. As I tried to educate the cashier about CVS's coupon sheet I resorted to the store manager for help. He tried to bait and switch other higher priced buy-one-get-one vitamins and medication for the ones on the coupon sheet. Also the free promotional items were not "registering" in the computer and they charged us full price for those as well. Frustrated, I stopped the purchase transaction and received my $100.78 refund of impulsed displeasure and vowed never to set foot in this bait-and-switch business corporation again. This is one of the cleaner CVS stores I've visited lately, so much so that it stood out to me upon walking in. I did have a problem with pricing on some eye drops that were ringing up at twice their marked price. Turned out that they had the exact same product in the same boxes but with different UPC codes, one at double the price. I had the hardest time having my prescriptions getting filled at this location. I gave them a honest try for about 5 months as I have several mental health medications that I fill monthly. They had an attitude with me and even refused to fill my medications (non-controlled mental health meds) until my doctor called them and told them they needed to do so. My insurance pays for my medication, so I was confused by this until they were just flat out rude to me and told me that my doctor was prescribing my doses incorrectly. Never had a problem with any other pharmacy. After that, I had to move to another pharmacy. read more
