I don't know where that came from, and I found it very ridiculous that he treated the next woman in line who was quite frankly and litetally... dressed in a cheetah shirt with hair & makeup like a... politely... whereas he treated me, who is dressed in a turtleneck zip-up sweater, a hat, and a mask with such contempt and disrespect. He is South Asian with a beard, the woman in a cheetah shirt is white, and I am a Southeast Asian woman in appearance. I wonder what sort of biases might have influenced that very unpleasant interaction. I felt upset enough to ask him this question as I left the store: "Do you know what the name Christian means and what Christians stand for? Why are you so rude and disrespectful?" as the name for the pick-up order was "Christian" (although, I have no idea if they are true Christians or not). I will avoid this store. I hope he gets some feedback from his manager. Maybe he will take a minute or two to reflect.

He must have realized it and came back and grabbed the individually wrapped buns and took them to the register I wasn't feeling well , so I just grabbed some condiment packets even though I wanted to add the onions, tomatoes, and pickles that they have available. Nat is one of nicest & most helpful employees of any retail store I've been in, period. He's the definition of what customer service should be. Every single time I go to this location and Nat is working, he's happy to see you, knows everything about what the store has, knows about photo department, anything really. I don't have any income currently, and I am still waiting for SSDI to be approved. So, I came in with some apprehension on whether I would have all my medicines covered. I didn't get her name, but the pharmacy covering the register was very helpful in looking up my prescriptions to see which were covered. It did take a bit of time since I had a lot of prescriptions to be filled. I really appreciate her help and the pharmacist in going over which ones were covered by medical and / or if there was a restriction by medical. Unfortunately, this was causing the line to back up, and there was some complaining that I could hear from those other customers. That is unfortunate since the staff was giving great customer service. I wasn't rushed through or not given helpful assistance. I really appreciate being treated like a wanted customer. This CVS does, however, need to hire more pharmacy employees. There were only 3 staff members trying to process the prescription orders and checking out customers.

I hate self check out because it never fails that something happens and an employee is needed anyways. So I did need an employee because the self checkout computer called for one. The employee shows up scans his card and it starts working again. So I have no idea what the problem was and it seemed neither did the employee. This really sucks now. Also now it appears you need paper coupons because the self checkout asks you to scan them.

Waited in line for about 5min while the lead pharmacist continued to ignore me. Young guy comes from the back and says hi, spends a good 2-3 min going back and forth with the lead pharmacist. Finally they decide to help me and the younger guy then proceeds to tell me he has nothing on file for me and then walks away. I continue to stand there as the lead pharmacist continued to ignore the situation and the other tech hasn't come back yet. At this point I walk away as the young tech walks up. @cvs/target I will not be coming back, and will transfer my prescriptions and future prescriptions to Rite Aid. I will also be transferring my husband's transplant medications which cost 3k a month. Add that number up and give your team a high five on the lost revenue.

The toners appeared old, inventory was scattered, there were large gaps on the shelves, and the specific toner I needed was not in stock. I decided to purchase eyelash glue instead. At the counter, I found my usual brand, but when I opened the box to check it, there was no safety seal. I asked if I could open another box to confirm whether it was sealed, and the employee became upset and told me not to open any others, insisting they were all brand new. However, the packaging on the box I examined was missing, while the one underneath it was sealed in plastic. When I asked if I could purchase a sealed one, she refused. At that point, I declined the purchase and left. I would not recommend this store due to poor organization, lack of cleanliness, limited stock, and cold customer service.
