Needed to find a new pharmacy due to moving and decided Walgreens on Q would be great. That is until we went into the store. The person that helped us in the pharmacy, we wondered perhaps there was an emergency to fill a spot as they had no idea what they were doing. Seemed very distracted by something funny going on behind the scenes, saw us, took their time getting to us and then had a very hard time filling out information. Even to the point of needing to get a new form because of the scribbling. I haven't yet met one person who wants to wear a mask so to top it all off not to have been wearing any PPE while the rest of the pharmacy, store staff and all customers throughout, was very off-putting. Ourselves and customers behind us, sweating out the heat, waiting in our lovely masks and watching what felt like a circus was definitely not on our to do list. I've been in the customer service industry for years, have even worked as a pharmacy clerk and had I treated or behaved in the ways they did I wouldn't have been allowed to stay in that role! We lost confidence that our information and medications would be secure or processed correctly and will find another place to go, even if it means driving further away. The 2 stars are due to the rest of the staff in store being professional. read more

I went in tonight with mom because they had a sale on soda that she wanted. So we stopped in to pick some up. We were immediately greeted when we came in, the usual somewhat bland "welcome to Walgreens" and back to whatever. I kind of ignored it, but heard it. I never really know if these greetings make me feel welcome or want to come back, but I digress. We wandered down the isles looking. Mom found an employee and asked about the soda. I pointed to the ad I was currently looking at as we were walking. She said on the next isle. If you can't find what you want, come get me and I'll find it. Cool. I like invites like that, not just the randomly vague gesture toward a section in the store. Specifics, with the invite to help more should we need it. Ok, I'm impressed. We find what we want, it was 2 packs for $5, I think. We only found 2 on the shelf. So we wander over to the cooler, nothing. So mom says go find the employee we were just talking to. I turn around to go back, and she's already there, telling mom to follow her to an end cap where there's more. She found us before we could find her! We wandered some more, as I really never come in here. I just bring mom periodically. I've always found Walgreens in general to be bland, boring, and everywhere. I wanted to price check a couple things. I found my favorite face wash in here. I was seriously excited by that. Lol. It's kind of obnoxious to find for some reason. So to find it easily, somewhere that's close to home, was awesome. We went to check out and the cashier was warm and friendly. Mom amused her by being the stereotypical cranky old lady, but she just ran with it and enjoyed us bickering in the store. She was helpful in making sure the soda rang up correctly, she got mom's rewards card, etc. I was really impressed with their customer service. I commented to mom about their customer service, and that I was impressed and surprised by how good it was. She said it's always like that in this store. They're super helpful, especially when she comes in on her own and needs help lifting something or loading it in the car, or finding it in the store. Would I return? Yes I would. The fact they carry my favorite face wash is wonderful. But mom having great things to say about how helpful they are to her when she's on her own just thrills me endlessly. She's old, has health problems, doesn't lift heavy items, so I love hearing they help her both in the store and out is great. Review 6 of 2017. read more

You won't get your covid-19 results back within 72 hrs. They don't even know!! I specifically asked if I would get my test results in time for my upcoming flight in 48 hrs. They said yes. If they didn't, I would have happily went to Costco for a test. I had to call the testing facility at the airport and they informed me that my test hadn't even been shipped to them yet... I was half way through my flights and at the gate waiting for the negative test result to present. I missed making memories with my family and was the the most expensive headache ever. read more

The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible!! It takes weeks to get prescriptions filled and they either never answer the phone or else keep you waiting for 30+ minutes in queue and then hang up on you when its your turn. No apologies, no compassion from the pharmacy techs. read more

You definitely won't get your Covid test results back in 72 hours so don't waste your time here. Called the store ahead of time to make sure the weekend wouldn't effect the test getting to the lab before my flight. They assured it would have no effect. WRONG. The results didn't get to the lab until 3 days later. read more

They are the worst!!! Every time I have gone there to pick up prescriptions when they told me they would be ready they are not ready. Then they say another 15-20 minutes. It's like they could care less that people are getting prescriptions because they are sick and in pain. Why do they ask you when you'll pick it up if they are not going to start it till you try to pick it up? Then they either expect you to wait (while sick) or to come back?? This has happened EVERY single time I have gone there for me or my kids. I will be switching to someone who actually CARES about their customers! Fair warning if you go there you will WAIT even if you dropped it off the day before! read more

Lazy, lazy, lazy. Apparently it takes them two hours to count to 20 with two people standing around doing NOTHING. A 30 minute wait time is met with 'Oh, it's not filled yet, can you come back in an hour?' Only because they have my info and are close to me do I keep going there.... read more

This pharmacy is awful. Once I waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes! And in person they still take forever! And the staff is untrained cannot bill insurance correctly and then after I come they tell me they don't know how to process my prescription, and for me to come back or wait but they cannot give me any indication of how long the wait will be. read more
