I've been coming into this store for years, and I'm shocked I hadn't reviewed it yet. I mostly come in to buy nail glue (which has a multitude of other uses, I might add), or the occasional hair brush or flat iron. Usually just the basic nail glue though. Store is small, but well laid out and easy to navigate and find things. It's always been clean in my experience. Very rarely do I find it in need of organization or the shelves needing to be restocked. Employees have always been helpful and welcoming. Sometimes I just want to wander and look at everything, which they are fine with. Other times I want direct help and/or have questions. It really depends on the day and specific need as to how much I need to interact with employees. But they've always been helpful and I like that. Would I return? Absolutely. I haven't had a bad experience in this store yet. It's one I've been coming to for years and will continue to come in when I have beauty needs. Review 18 of 2025. read more

I went to this location about 2 weeks ago to get a semi permanent brown hair color. I purchased a bottle that was premixed so I didn't need to add developer. When I used it on my hair and left it on for the recommended amount of time, it washed right out. I forgot to do a test strip unfortunately but still had a bit of the product left in the bottle. I came back 2 days later and told the attendant about my experience with the dye, and she was kind enough to recommend me a better product that ended up working. She also told me to leave it on for 25 minutes instead of the recommended time which worked out perfectly because the color came through super dark with 2 test strips I did. Now, my hair is exactly what I wanted it to be! Thank you so much for your help! read more

The ladies at Sally's are amazingly helpful. I went to a Beauty School to have my hair colored a Honey Blond with highlights. It turned out horrible, it was a very brassy bright medium Auburn. The next day I went in to Sally's and they were able to help me get all the products and new dye to fix my color. They were so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Stopped by to get hair dye, it's so much better to buy the dye yourself instead of the box dye from the drug store. And it's just as easy to do. They always have deals and promotional products so it's usually a little less expensive too. And it doesn't damage your hair as much. I just recently called to see if they had a product and told the lady I would be headed right over to pick it up and when I drove all the way over here in a rush as I have a client sitting in a chair waiting for me to come back with product. This chick locked the doors to the store so she could go outside and smoke a cigarette underneath the tree and watch people try to come in the business and she just sat on her *** Watching while she smoked a cigarette. Not caring one bit that she supposed to be inside working and not getting paid to smoke cigarettes. read more

I'm happy with this store, I shop here primarily for just hair and find pretty much everything I need and more for styling and changing my it. I recently discovered its much cheaper and more options through the site. The staff are mostly really nice only downfall I guess would be if you don't know what you need and there's no employee available to help which happens sometimes. read more

This sallys's has the nicest staff then most I've ever gone too. The new employee Paulie is absolutely amazing.

I love that I live close, and everything in the store is reasonably priced. BUT the employees always disappoint me when I go in. The last time, I go in looking for some cholesterol treatment (and I had heard from my hairdresser that it is right by the checkout counter) I'm standing there waiting for an employee to show up at the front counter, because there is no one in sight on the floor, and I end up waiting for way too long. A girl eventually comes out from the back room, and I say hello first. and i don't even get a smile from her. No acknowledgement at all. I shrug it off and just ask where the cholesterol treatment is. She rolls her eyes and continues down the isle to lead me to where it is, pointing with her foot where they are, saying that's all they have then walks away back to the front counter. I grabbed what I needed, purchased it and left, not feeling welcome or comfortable in the store after that. They should really hire better trained employees with greater attitudes. read more
