I do most of my business in the pharmacy. Hardly ever a long wait and the customer service is outstanding.

Busy. Took me half an hour to get a passport photo. Would go to another Walgreen or Costco later for photos.

Might as well bring a lawn chair because you'll be waiting in line no matter the time you go.

Usually when you go to drugstore, it's just a quick in and out, not much of an interaction between employees and customers.

I go here for my prescriptions and every single time - whether during the day or evening, week day…read moreor weekend, the line is long and the staff helping only open 1 or 2 counters. There are always a number of people in the background, doing not sure what but only a couple of people helping with the pickup. When there is a long line and there is one every time, no one opens up another counter to help. I dread going here because I feel like years of my life are wasting away, standing in line. Any of the above would be bearing if the people working there were efficient or even great to deal with. I left a message at one time and their answering message says that they will call back within a period of time, I waited almost a day before calling them again and when I asked about the timing, the pharmacist said, with heavy attitude, that she had called me back and my inbox was full and she could not leave a message, I have 5 messages in my inbox! There are 2 lines to form to pick up prescriptions, one regular and a fast land for mobile check in. The last time I was there, standing in the regular line and it took the person in front of me over 20 minutes to pick up her prescriptions! The person helping her would walk off, find something, it was wrong and she would go start that all over again or she was not able to find the prescriptions! She didn't ask for help, just kept walking around the tiny space trying to find the poor women's prescriptions. The fast lane was open, with no one in line, and I went there to pick up my prescription and the person helping, she was one of the pharmacists said that this is a fast land and I had to go back to the regular lane, there was no one in that lane!!!!! There are signs posted asking people to be kind to the pharmacy staff - probably because they are so inefficient and rude that people get frustrated It's too bad that there are not many other choices. I wish I could take my business elsewhere!

First off, the staff has always been as helpful as they can under the circumstances. They return my…read morecalls quickly and answer questions well. I don't envy what they're going through and appreciate their professionalism. Unfortunately, our ability to fill prescriptions has been wildly inconsistent -- no clear dates for when out-of-stock medications will come in (or they move further and further out as the new date approaches). My partner has had to go without critical medication (and be left recovering from the gap for weeks) on multiple occasions. We'd switch pharmacies, but haven't had much luck elsewhere, either. It's hard to understand why there's seemingly no urgency from the company around keeping regular/daily meds that have been taken successfully for years in stock. We also have to strategize around when to show up, since the store is usually understaffed and certain time periods (especially on any side of commuting hours) tend to involve long lines that are hard to bear if you're not able to stand for sustained periods of time.

Picture if you will: two self checkouts, one broken and the other being used. The customer standing…read moreat the "working" self checkout was having problems with her purchase, but the cashier (brusque Indian woman in her 50s) rudely kept telling her repeatedly to "follow the instructions," although the customer was clearly confused. The cashier never helped her. I waited six minutes in line patiently (one person ahead of me) while she slowly rang up an elderly lady, which is just fine with me, because not every store can be staffed to help all customers at all times. This is a hard job, and I understand that these employees have to deal with rude customers all day. I finally handed my item to the cashier with a smile. The cashier's first action was to berate me for not using the self-checkout. When I started to explain that I got in line because one self-checkout was broken and the other was being used, she interrupted and dismissed me with a wave of her hand, berating me (again) for bringing her a pair of sunglasses (the only pair that fit me!) which had a barcode that wasn't working in her scanner. All this time, she's criticizing a young kid who's working behind her. She refused to help me, refused to let me explain why I couldn't simply bring up a different item which might have a different price. I don't work at CVS. I don't know what to look for. She just began fighting me on it, like it was the most natural thing in the world for her. I threw up my hands and walked out of the store without a purchase. Read some other reviews on this app. There's at least one talking about the same person, the same behavior. I don't care how long I have to wait in line. Like I said, I have compassion for stores that are understaffed and under-trained. I also have endless patience for this kind of thing usually. If anything, I'm the person wanting to make someone's day better if they're having a bad one. But this cashier was needlessly antagonistic, not just to me but to every customer and employee around me, creating an atmosphere and experience so unpleasant that now I'm logging on to f***ing YELP to write you a novel about this CVS location and warn you off it.

The pharmacists here are generally kind, but unfortunately, there's a very, very rude Indian lady…read morewho works both at the front and in the pharmacy as a technician. Her behavior is completely unacceptable. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She never wears a name tag, always keeps a mask on to avoid being identified, and when I politely asked for her name so I could file a complaint, she snapped, "Why do you need my name?" then shouted "Next!" and blatantly ignored me. It's genuinely upsetting that someone with such an attitude is allowed to work in a pharmacy ,a place where people come in vulnerable, in need of care, and deserve kindness. It's disappointing and frankly alarming that this type of behavior is tolerated in a healthcare setting.

When I tell you that the attention that we received here was not only impossibly professional, they went so far out of their way to help make easier some of the more challenging aspects of registration and insurance coding. I arrived a little early, and saw only one man behind the photo desk - wearing glasses focused on the computer with earplugs in. A cashier from the front checkout had to run over to start the print job, and then ran back to the register. Before leaving, she motioned to the person using the computer that my order was printing. After I saw that the prints were done, I tried waving at the man (since he was 100% focused on the computer). He took off his earphones, and before I could even speak, he said "I'm sorry, I can't do anything, you're going to have to talk to the other person in the front." (My girlfriend also said she heard something on the computer about Anne Hathaway ?? so I don't think he was doing anything work related). I turned around and there was a line of 8 people backed up at the check out counter this point. I walked over and motioned to the clerk that the job was done, and she radioed someone to help me at the photos desk. Another person came in and helped me, but told the other employee "Hey, the photos were clearly done" to which he responded "Oh, I didn't see, my bad." To be clear, my negative experience is due to this man on the computer at the photo desk, who wouldn't even let me ask him a question. The other workers were perfectly fine. Otherwise, prints came out with good quality, as expected.
