Worker was rude. I came here to just get Sudafed and was met with a "4 hours" I asked her "it's going to take 4 hours to get Sudafed?" and she just walked off.. and said "4 or 12 hours." A full sentence would be appreciated. I wasn't even sure if the worker was asking me a question. As a bonus, worker couldn't figure out how to scan the Target wallet. As you can see below for all one star reviews. I came here with a toddler with very limited time once they texted me they were ready. They were closed for lunch with no one at the counter. The lunch time wasn't posted and I had to wait for a rep of Target to explain that. Imagine waiting and starting at this and being with a toddler who is so upset. By the way the medicine was for him. STAY AWAY Update. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to come back. Afterwards standing in line behind 5 people, the eyedrops for my son were still NOT ready to pick up. They started filling it at 11 am and it's 2:15 pm. It's insane, standing here with a toddler while the staff is laughing and not helping anyone. read more

Scheduled a vaccine appointment at this pharmacy, but was told once I got there that all appointments were canceled because they were understaffed. This is understandable, but they did not contact me ahead of time (and the pharmacist *insisted* that she called EVERYBODY). I even got a reminder text an hour prior to the appointment. There was no apology, and she made me feel like I obviously did something wrong and I need to fix their staffing situation or their glitchy system or their long line of customers. Understaffed, fine. System glitch, fine. Insisting everything is my fault and not apologize for wasting my time, not fine. I don't leave many 1-star reviews, but the customer service here is horrendous. read more

Deserves 0 stars. Clerk made an error in which vaccine(s) I was to have and the vaccine tech asked me to leave the administration room to correct it. Good thing I noticed the errors the pharmacy made. It was a Covid shot that was missing, and I had confirmed with the clerk which brand one I wanted before entering the vaccination room. Tech took it personally when I shared that I can wait for them to verify and correct the errors they made, which makes the most sense, since I'm already in the room. The tech supposed to give the vaccine became really defensive saying "excuse me," and told me I need to learn empathy. Excuse me, ma'am, seems like a CVS mistake (and it ended up being an error in their paperwork). So yes, a CVS pharmacy and not a customer issue. My advice is to not become personal and force the customer to start the process of registration and waiting in line over when it's not their fault. Oh wait, that sounds like the tech would have needed.... Empathy. read more

Unsanitary and rude staff. Reported to corporate CVS for finding a hair strand inside my medication bottle. WHY DONT YOUR FEMALE STAFF WITH LONG HAIRS TIE THEIR HAIRS WHEN PREPPING MEDS?!!! Very unsanitary to see a hair in your oral meds! I had to drive back to have the meds replaced. The pharmacist wasnt even surprised about my complain,I wonder if its a common occurence. She took the bottle to replaced it but i am honestly not sure if they gave me an entirely new meds or just removed the hair and transferred it to a different bottle. It's my practice now to open any bottles by the time I receive them at the counter to make sure it doesnt have any hair in it. Also, rude staff. It was the female asian/island pacific looking with long black hair. Very rude and sarcastic tone. She walked away while talking to me. Was constantly complaining to the pharmacist. Also, most of the time they pull your meds just by your birthdate. This staff insisted I use the barcode. Then, she only handed me one medication. I told her I have more prescription ready and then she said its 1 barcode per medication. So if you have more meds, good luck! I had a question with regards to the copay that was already charged on my hsa for the specific refill. she didnt say anything and just called the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came, she then said, "tell her", again in a very off tone. So rude and unprofessional. I work in healthcare and this is unacceptable behavior no matter how bad or "shitty" your shift is. read more

Really awful if you're calling in for questions or help you will get zero help in a timely manner or at all. They will lie to you and waste a lot of your time when all you want to know is when you'll get your medication. I was trying to get the last box they had for my prescription and they ended up giving it to someone else even after my constant calls to help my other pharmacy to coordinate with this one for days. They lied about ordering it for me and I still don't have my medication. I understand it's back ordered but they need to stop giving me and other people false hope by lying. They've done nothing since I requested to rejoin CVS and this is the experience I was left with. read more

Back again about poor service at CVS El Camino inside target. Again they did not set up my pills. They had me looking to use for them around and I was thinking that I miss placed them . Could not find them checked on the website and found out that they were never set up and I have one prescription left. Even though I had automatic prescription at CVS they never set it up or called me. I got down there and I was not a happy camper. I talked to them. I asked why it was not automatically set up. They told me maybe it was the insurance, no it was not the insurance they just didn't save up and I told them even if it was the insurance why wouldn't they have called? He said it was not their responsibility. I talked to the manager afterwards and had a decent conversation but it doesn't make up for what actually happened. Just happened to many times. read more

This CVS branch is quite possibly the worst I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. There are always staffing issues, and despite having instituted a 1:30-2pm lunch break they consistently reopen late at the inconvenience of customers. Worst Customer service EVER!!!! I am in town for a wedding and need immediate medicine. This was the only location we would make it to in the area that was open. I have texts FROM CVS saying medicine was submitted and ready. They blew me and my husband off and repeatedly said it wasn't in their system. And I would BET that's because it was close to closing. The staff at this pharmacy is always kind and helpful. They are also fast and I have never had any issue getting my prescriptions. The pharmacists are very nice and helpful. They always go over any new medications I pick up and make sure to answer all of my questions. read more

I have recently had to frequent the pharmacy for my parents medications. As I wait in line I will sometimes see haggard, impatient, and frustrated customers. I am impressed with the staff as they don't seem to take it personal as customers misguided frustrations or even sadness and grief and chronic pain spill over to them in an unfair way. I have only seen patience and empathy for a job that I suspect rarely gets the affirmation it deserves. I wrote this review as a response to the misguided low star ratings. read more

Like every place in Silicon Valley they are understaffed. Maybe they need to pay staff better? I can't fault the poor pharmacist that seems extremely efficient and hardworking. They should be better staffed than only one person processing all the orders. Maybe if they improved their compensation it would be easier to find employees. read more

I'd give a zero if it was possible. This has to be the worst handled pharmacy. When I try to call in and fill a prescription it accepts the order saying it will be ready tomorrow, then I hang up and I get a text message saying it won't be available for weeks out saying I am refilling to early. So I try to call in to try to speak to someone and wait on hold for ten minutes and get hung up on, not only once but three times. I guess I will go to another CVS since that's where I have to go to pet my insurance. read more

I would give negative point if I can. The whole staff took a day off and a temp old guy was sitting at the counter without knowing what to do. People formed a long line and waiting for more than 30 minutes and they realized the situation, and the register can't be used. Some people ran to the other counter to get cash. some people just couldn't get the medicine after long wait. The joke is they still keep their lunch break. The pharmacist is actually very nice and helpful, but everyone else is awful without her there. Twice now I've had them refuse to fill a vital prescription and claim to have tried contacting my doctor. When I call the doctor myself, I always find out that no one has called them. Having my doctor call the pharmacist directly seems to fix the problem, but if I happen to need a refill on a weekend or a holiday I might as well forget it. I would blame incompetence, but this only happens with one medication, which happens to be related to my transgender status. They handle everything else just fine. So I can only conclude that there is at least one bigoted person working here, allowing them to be discriminatory. I hope I'm wrong, and will update this review if so. read more

Tried to pick up prescriptions for my husband and myself today. For mine, I'd spoken to the yesterday,and they confirmed that it was ready for pickup, no mention of needing a "consult." It was a slightly adjusted dose of a medication I've been on for at least two years. For my husband, the called to confirm dosage just before I left the house. I walked in to pick them up, the pharmacist was by the desk when the tech picked up the medications for me. Apparently, both my medication (confirmed yesterday), and my husbands (confirmed 10 minutes prior) required a "consult," which the pharmacist was unavailable for (despite being there) because she had "just clocked out." I'm so incredibly frustrated that the tech wouldn't even make an effort to help!! Just kept reiterating "I legally can't give these to you because the pharmacist isn't here," despite her both being there and having already confirmed both medications by phone. I was told I could sit and wait 30-45 minutes for her to clock back in, or cone back another day/time. read more

I love the staff at this pharmacy. They are so friendly and nice. They make sure that I completely understand the instructions, sometimes getting more information from them than I did from the doctor. They will even remind me to get my flu shot! read more

Restricted opening time. I took my prescription on this pharmacy first time and waited there for an hour to get open. My mistake, I can understand. But waiting beyond opening hrs is frustrating, many customers were in line waiting to get pharmacy open. Customer service has no idea. Store Manager said she had no information and she can not do any thing for it. Look like a place of I-DONOT-CARE peoples. I had changed my kids prescription to Walgreens, through I had to go to doctor and waited there again for another 30 mins. Any way, back to Walgreens and am feeling good to go away with CVS and Target. read more

What stood out to me immediately are the friendly and attentive employees. After just a few visits, they started recognizing me and greeting me like a repeat customer. The pharmacist even remembers that I'm there to purchase allergy medication. Such a personal touch is rare these days. Most employees are so indifferent that you can go someplace for years, without getting even a tiny glimmer of recognition. I'm taking one star off since they are often out of the allergy medicine I want. I mentioned this to the pharmacist and she recommended I come on Friday, after they restock, and before the meth chefs clean them out. Us crack-heads love this place! read more

Not sure why this location gets low reviews. Check the pharmacy hours before you go, instead of complaining. Not only pharmacists and techs at this location are super efficient and friendly, but they would go an extra step to help you sort out your Rx and/or insurer's issue. I stayed with this same pharmacy after CVS takeover precisely because the pharmacy team is so great here! Be polite, explain your situation, ask again, if you do not understand. Unfortunately, healthcare system is so messed up, that it definitely could add to the frustration, but please do not take it on the pharmacists. I also highly suggest CVS app, so you could get notified when your Rx is ready to be picked up, and you could request your refills and see your Rx history. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. I have a chronic condition and require regularly scheduled prescriptions. I have never in my life experienced more push back and difficulties getting my medications. The staff is unhelpful and extremely rude! Just the other day, my husband dropped off a written prescription, which they told him would be filled by the next day. When I arrived the next day, I was told he never dropped it off and I must be mistaken because there was nothing in their system. The pharmacist told me I was lying and yelled at me in front of all the other customers. I was having a procedure done that afternoon, and the medication was crucial. When I asked for a manager, I was told she was on vacation and there was no one I could speak with. This was clearly a mistake made by them, but they refused to own up to it and continued to blame me. I eventually left in tears without my medication. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, and I highly recommend others to find another pharmacy. read more

Whether they have no inventory of the medication, or does not have it ready after days of dropping off prescription they have disappointed me many times. I am so frustrated with the pharmacy at this location. All the great personnel are no longer here. There are two left. I went to fill my prescription that I've been getting for four to five years. If they can't fill it because of quantity, then I go to another. Well today, the pharmacist Phoung I Believe her name is, said she could not fill it. She advised me that I should go to one pharmacy only? I told her that this location was that pharmacy. Personnel has changed not me or my location. I am sick of having to explain myself ever time I go in. I do not understand how a pharmacist is the judge and jury of someone's medication that is prescribed by the doctor. It appears to me, its getting worse. Aside from the two people I still know there, one being one of the pharmacists the pharmacy is now horrible. I am so disgusted with the amount of authority the pharmacies have. I've given them many chances, but they have no intention of changing or even caring. Gone are the days of pharmacists being someone you talked. Today, your lucky if they can speak English. I didn't want to go there, but I did. They have lost my business. read more
