the front of a convenience store

Came to this 711 and they put a chain with a lock on the inside just to mop the floors and I knock on the window and the guy said apparently there close when they weren't. Plus waited on the guy for 30 min and just went to a different 711 farther from my location and that's just bad business

    Random pick.

This is my go to 7-11 when I need the munches after a long day at work. For one, they have the best killer hot dog called the Spicy bite and let me tell you, its pretty awesome. You get the choice of adding cheese and chili. I recommend you do it because then you'll have the ultimate chili cheese dog in the world in my opinion. They have everything you need, beer, candy, ice cream bars, magazines, gift cards, soda. You name it, they have it. If you're lucky, you might meet one of the 49er players that stop by once and awhile during football season. I would say the only thing that freaks me out are some of the people in the area. I've came across a woman who wanted spare change as I was getting ready to drive off the parking lot. I witnessed two young black teenagers stealing items while the cashier wasn't looking and I was approached by two women who wanted to sell me cologne, which i believe might have been stolen. Is it me or is anything past the Montague and San Thomas overpass considered the ghetto? Besides the couple of cons i mentioned, this is still a good 7-11.

Fast and courteous service. Finally 7/11 that got it right. Even though on busy night the clerk greeted people with a smile

You won't accidentally stumble upon it unless you make an effort to seek it out. Despite this, it seems to be well known by locals and the seating area gets full at times. There is plenty of seating inside, and some outside. Outlets can be found it some tables. It's a good place to work with your laptop. It's mostly tables for 2. There's a larger communal table, and some counter seating. Parking can be difficult. There's a small area in the parking garage for "guest" parking. It's almost always full and you will depend on luck to find one spot there or arrive in time when someone is leaving their spot. There is no parking on most of the surrounding streets, except for the small section of the road that curves underneath Lawrence. And that part is often full of parked cars. It can be frustrating and this parking situation will easily drive away customers to find somewhere else with easier parking. If you're fortunate enough to get parking, you will find that Coffeebar offers a decent coffee menu, baked goods, and some food if you need more than a snack. The people working behind the counter have all been very friendly and helpful. Their Chocolate Croissant is HUGE!!! They'll ask if you want it warmed up. Definitely do this. It is delicious slightly warmed up. I have tried their Iced Chai Latte, which was just OK. It lacked the spice I was expected from a chai, and felt a bit too milky. I prefer their Iced Caramel Latte, which is much better than the Chai. Next time I will try their Mocha.

Croissante was such a lovely find! I stopped in for the hot chocolate and a chocolate croissant,…read moreand both were absolutely delicious. The hot chocolate was rich and comforting, and the croissant was flaky, buttery, and filled with just the right amount of chocolate. They were also playing Persian music, which gave the café a really warm and unique atmosphere. My only disappointment was that they stop serving the French onion soup at 4 PM, and I wish they stayed open a little later because I was really looking forward to trying it. That said, everything I did have was excellent, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

That said, they're constantly restocking, and the staff has a well-oiled system down. Even when it's busy, things move surprisingly efficiently. PASTRIES/BAKED GOODS: 9/10 I love their pastries and baked goods! I honestly haven't had anything that was a miss for me, whether it's savory or sweet. Everything I've tried has been delicious. FOOD/MEALS: 8/10 As for their meals, I thought they were good, but not quite as memorable as the pastries. I ordered the avocado toast, and while it was hearty and generously loaded, I felt like there was just a little too much going on. Both the salad and the toast were dressed a bit too heavily for my taste. COFFEE: 8/10 I also really enjoy their coffee. My go-to is the Latte Einspänner, and it pairs perfectly with their pastries. You can really taste the quality of the espresso, and I appreciate that it's not overly sweet. SERVICE: 9/10 The staff is quick, efficient, and constantly on the move. As I mentioned, they run like a well-oiled machine, even during the morning rush. AMBIANCE: 8/10 Seats fill up fast! If you're planning to dine in and you spot an open table, have someone in your group grab it while the other orders; tag-team it, lol. I also love the overall aesthetic. The wooden tables, sky blue and yellow color palette, and bright space make it feel warm and inviting. And of course, the giant glass displays packed with beautiful pastries are hard to resist; they're practically part of the décor!

Cute little coffee spot infront of valley fair! I love love their matcha it tastes so good and not…read moreoverly sweet. It's small but there inside and outside seating if you want to study or do work. Ive gotten it with oat milk so my drink comes out to be 8.50. It's definitely on the pricier side. It's tucked away in a park area that almost looks like a rec room and sits in front of an apartment complex, so it's easy to miss if you don't know it's there. Parking is also very limited, so I usually end up parking in the neighboring streets or getting dropped off. The times I've visited, the line has been manageable and the wait hasn't been too long. I usually take it to-go, but there are tables inside and outside where some people hang out and/or do work. When I first visited last year, I tried their seasonal melon matcha for the first time, and I was so happy to see they brought it back for a limited time. I was skeptical at first, but it ended up being one of my favorites! It's not overly sweet and doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste. I actually prefer it without the matcha cream top, so you can taste more of the melon. I've also tried the guava matcha, but I thought the guava overpowered the matcha, and the cream top made it a little too thick for my liking. I've also tried the banana matcha latte that went viral. It's good, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the matcha here has been consistently solid and is definitely worth trying. Just be prepared for the rough parking situation.
