Had a vaccine apt scheduled for 6:15, got there at 6:10 and checked in, was told it would be a 10 min wait. Yup waited until 6:42 and asked how much longer they said 20 minutes MORE so i just left. Caused me a lot of anxiety because I had somewhere to be at 7. had good experiences at every other CVS I've been to. this one sucks - don't go here! I switched from another CVS location to the one on N. First St. I have had such great experiences with the staff. If there are issues with a medication they are fast to fix the issue. This has to be the worst CVS in the area. I have been here dozens of times over the years and it has declined so much. The pharmacy is usually good. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The rest of the store is always turning over in staff. It seems like there are new people every 2 weeks. Recently I went in for the flu shot and had a fantastic experience with the pharmacy. Afterwards I went shopping to buy a few things. The soap and shampoo are now locked so pressed the call button. The store was pretty empty and I didn't see anyone coming, so I assumed people thought someone else would go so I buzzed again. Nearby a staff member came up and said that he was coming. He got the soap and shampoo from the cabinets in a huffy manner. He acted like we did something wrong for wanting to buy stuff that they locked up. My wife asked why they are locked and he said because people steal them as he was rushing to bring them to the cashier. They usually just give me the locked items. So I paid, the cashier was very friendly and I left. I got their email survey and answered honestly. I got an email from the store manager who was the guy that was rude! He gave an apology but I still don't that the store made up for it. I worked in retail and customer service for years and know how it goes. So I'm not going back here for sure. I already tolerated the messy store, bad parking lot that is always crowded from chick-fil-and the poor stocking of items. Corporate really needs to do something here it is nothing like the others. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This is the second time I've ordered same day photos, received an email that they were ready for pick up and weren't available when I came to the store. Today I received an email confirmation at 2p that my 7 magnets and 8x10'wood panel were ready for pick up. After a 10 hour shift and sitting in traffic, when I can to pick up my order (5 hours after receiving email) I was told they were not ready. They tried to do the magnets quick (came out looking shitty). They were unable to make the 8x10!panel because they didn't have the material. Couldn't give me an expected date when that would be. Could not give me a refund because I had paid for it online. This is ridiculous, why offer services that can't be completed. Why send emails stating ready for pick up when the store doesn't even have the materials to complete. This store and service is shit. NEVER ORDERING PHOTOS OR SHOPPING HERE EVER AGAIN. I went to CVS to buy Sensodyne toothpaste. First, I wanted to check if I had spent my $10 Carepass (?) for the month. The clerk could not tell me, but it would tell me if I needed to just buy the t.p. or something else too to use all $10. So I go to get my t.p. and it is under lock and key (a $7 item). I go to the front and ask the clerk to unlock it. No response to me, but for her to pick up the phone and ask the the manager to meet me at the location. So I wait for about 5 minutes and realize Target is across the street. So I went there. It is no longer convenient to get toothpaste at CVS. I told the clerk to tell the manager, they lost a sale for locking up toothpaste. read more

This place DISCRIMINATES against older people and those with mobility issues. They are also very rude. AVOID. Since their drive thru is no longer working, they force people to stand in long lines inside. Many of us are not able to stand in one place for very long; it is EXTREMELY painful. By the time the line got me up to the counter, I was in a great deal of pain, and the very rude pharmacy person at the counter helped someone that arrived after I did. We have been going to this pharmacy since it opened, initially the people there were great; friendly and professional; 1st rate. The staff changes over time have brought in people that should not be doing jobs that interface with people. read more

I am beyond disappointed in the CVS lab drive thru testing. I was supposed to travel to Hawaii today, and I scheduled an appointment within the 72 hour window at this particular location. I paid $140 for each traveler, and I still have not received the results. I now need to cancel my air travel, hotel and rental car. I've been trying to reach someone for over a day now, and no response. CVS should not participate as a trusted partner for Hawaii's safe travel program if it cannot deliver results within the 72 hour required window. My friend, on the other hand, got tested at CityHealth for free and she got her results back within 24 hours. Save your money and the anxiety/stress and go with an actual trusted partner. read more

Very nice people with good attitudes. They know exactly where everything is when you ask them and during the high risk times of Covid, I saw the manager ask a few people to leave that weren't wearing mask. The Pharmaceutical department is very helpful and friendly. Their drive thru is also usually pretty quick in case you don't want to go inside the store and wait in line. read more

Mmm, drugs. This is the place to get them, my friends. This CVS is relatively new, given that it's in the @First shopping plaza which opened only a couple years ago. The store is clean, organized and separated into roughly 26 half aisles. Aisle signs overhead are large and easy to read from any angle (due to their triangular shape - smart engineering!). The store has a nice open feel and there's "sitting" room on several wicker chairs that are for sale. Can't buy a product without demoing it first, right? Employees are friendly, and though there was only one register open, I imagine they would've opened another if the store suddenly got busy. When can I buy drugs here? A.k.a. I was on hold, holding to speak with a pharmacist and "time ran out"-- I was on hold so long that the pharmacy CLOSED on me. This call was pertaining to a prescription that was, "filled" and that I had been charged for, and "lost in the mail", but of course there was no way to notify them-- no direct or indirect email system, no "chat" system online AND AGAIN, like aforementioned, they wouldn't answer at stupid phone!! read more

I typically like CVS stores even though the prices are higher, since they provide specialty coupons and reward money off your entire purchases. The last time I came here, the ENTIRE fridge section was broken. So any refrigerated drink was unavailable - dairy, soda, coffee, water, etc. The store is also a lot smaller than other CVS stores, so naturally they carry less stock with not many options. You're better off going to the Target that is in the plaza across the street (literally a two minute drive away) which has much more affordable prices and is more likely to carry what you are looking for. There are always big boxes everywhere in the store just sitting there since they are restocking, but I never see anyone actually restocking the products. The boxes are just sitting in walkways blocking the items and the walkway itself. read more

I love CVS, but this store is the worst. One positive is that the pharmacy counter is run well. However the rest of the store is a disaster. The price tags are never up to date, so you don't know how much something will ring up for at the register, or what the current sales are. Service is always slow and unhelpful. It seems like there is only one person working there most of the time and they are at the one open register. They do not apply the coupons on your cvs card or can't get it to work. Orders for curbside pickup are not ready, can not be found, and have the wrong items. read more

I definitely do not recommend this cvs .. I was in the er most of the day so by the time I showed up to this location it was 30 minutes before their closing time unfortunately I forgot a paper since I was picking up medications for a family member so I drove back home for it and arrived again at the pharmacy 10-15 mins before their closing time . Which was when the worker refused to service me and give me the medications since they were "about to close" . Don't specifically remember her name but she was the cashier with short blue hair and wore glasses. She was giving attitude since the first greeting. I requested to speak to a different pharmacist who was handling the medications and Luckily she was nice enough to hand me 1/2 of the medications that was needed. Nothing bad to say. This CVS was close to the Chick-Fil-A I visited (MMMMMMM), and I decided to visit to pick up some lotion, OPI nail polish, and some hair conditioner. Like other reviewers have stated, the store is brand new, nice, airy, clean, and organized. There's a drive-thru pharmacy; the employees were helpful and friendly (yay!). I don't typically leave Yelp reviews like this, mainly out of laziness but the service I received necessitated a review. Loan was incredibly rude and wasn't very helpful. When I didn't know the answer to her question, she took my prescription, threw it into a basket behind her and then slammed the basket to another part of the desk while rudely saying "let me know when you figure it out" and went to help the person behind me. As soon as she said that, I replied "I just said I was going to pay for it..." but that fell of deaf ears as she ignored what I said and I had to have someone else ring me up. Super slow and full of care less people. When I entered they said need to wait 15min for my prescription. I came back after 1hour thought it would be ready by that time. Than again they said 15min at that time another person came from back amd said it will take more than 40 min because staff is on lunch. I understood and decided to leave and come in evening and also they assured me that it will be ready by evening. I came back in evening still when asked, they said its not ready yet. Do not buy any gift cards from this place. I bought a $50 gift card for Xmas and when I went to activate it, the Starbucks rep told me it had no money on it. I called cvs to file a report and they said it'll take 10 business days to address it. It has been over 2 weeks at this point with no resolution. Someone is committing fraud in the store. read more

I would want to update an earlier review as this place has gone to the dogs. I went in at 9 am, opening time to avoid a line. My pickup was ready but I needed an update to my billing. There were three pharmacists and one other customer, who was done in 5 minutes. I was told, since a rebilling was needed, I had to wait. I waited, for thirty minutes for this small tasks, with three pharmacists and no other waiting customers. The earlier crew here was fast and efficient but the state of affairs is pathetic now. I have no idea what anyone does here. The Asian lady, who seems to be new, is at least polite. But the other Asian bloke, who seems to be the supervisor or the main pharmacist, is extremely impolite and inefficient. They make customers wait while they are apparently doing nothing! Excellent service! Visited pharmacy at this location today morning 11ish to purchase a prescribed medicine. Pharmacists Brandon & Tiffany did their job exceedingly well. Both were super quick in delivering service, in fact, I just took 5 mins all in all to pick up my item from the counter although they initially provided an estimation of 15 mins. Glad they quickened the process. Brandon was friendly and was patient enough to listen and address few clarifications I had. Tiffany, on the other hand, did not miss to give me a good & detailed run through on the directions to use the medicine. Good job guys!! During my wait time, I had the chance to go around other sections of the store. As I observed, items were stacked neat and aisles were fully stocked. Before forgetting, let me also mention about another Staff found in the regular purchase area, who was courteous & attentive too. What surprises me more is that it's been over 3 years since they opened this store, but still looks brand new with good shopping collection! read more

I have been there many times and only find the stripes ones that are so painful. I know they cater the one I want because there have a space in the depilation area for them, but is always empty! Mmmmmmm...nothing beats a brand new store smell and this CVS is very new. It's not a converted Long's Drugs or Walgreens that never really changed over completely...this was a CVS that was constructed from the ground up! They even have a drive-through pharmacy! Unfortunately, being a relatively healthy individual, I don't know if I ever will likely take advantage of it...but I do appreciate a brand new store. Things are in stock..variety is at its peak, it's not that crowded yet. Even the workers blue vests seem to shine a bit more since they are so spanking new! This is probably not the biggest CVS out there but considering that the uber popular Chick-fil-A next door, it makes it very convenient to pick up useful things like antacids after a perhaps overindulgent Chick-fil-A meal next door. And did I mention that they have the drive-thru pharmacy? That's still something that the Target across the street will never be able to do and props to CVS for making it happen! read more
