When we got there, there were 2 people behind the pharmacy counter and no customers. We asked if they had the Moderna vaccine available and were told that they did, but that we'd need an appointment. Their online system said they didn't have any appointments available until next Tuesday. The excuse we were given in person was because of limited supply we needed an appointment. Huh? Another Rite Aid pharmacy farther away told us to come right in and that we didn't need an appointment. It seems like these employees at this location were just being lazy. It's no surprise that many Rite Aid locations are slated to close.

This happened to be conveniently located nearest where I was at the time. So I came through. found what I needed immediately, went to the self-checkout and scanned my items. And even a nicer surprise: the items I got had an additional discount simply by adding a phone number (being a CVS shopper and all.) TIP: expect a really long receipt if you opt to have it printed. But take a few seconds to look through it - you can avail even more discounts for future purchases. It was a convenient and good first run. Will come through again should I find myself in this neighborhood with a pharmacy need in the future.

I didn't see any staff members in the store at all and then I went to self checkout which made life easy on getting what I needed, paying for it and being out the door. It's kind of weird to see so many complaints about the service here. I've always been treating pretty well here. Even taking my passport photos. There was a mom with a young infant taking a passport photo on the counter on its back with the mom shaking a foil bag of snacks to get him/her at the camera. They often don't have a pharmacist on duty (which means can't pick up) during the hours that they are open and not at lunch hours either. After texting you that your item is available for pick up. This location really needs to be looked at by Walgreens pharmacy whoeverrrrrr manages all the branches. Truly truly awful. I'm speaking from giving it a chance for several years. My insurance company broke up with CVS otherwise I wouldn't have come back here. The drive through would be a nice thing if sometimes cars weren't lined up for them to close as you have already been waiting etc. just awful. To Improve they could fix the button on drive through so elderly don't sit for 15 mins while the tech has their back Turned. And have a sign asking you to push button.
