After years of over-plucking my brows (hello 90s!) and some martial arts blows to the brow area, I was left with patchy and mismatched brows. Filling them in was the bane of my morning makeup routine and I inevitably was left with two fuller but still obviously mismatched and oddly-shaped brows. After an initial consultation, I made an appointment. I was nervous, mostly because it's a semi-permanent FACIAL tattoo. If I didn't like the results, there'd be no going back for quite awhile. Gina was patient with my nervousness and REALLY listened to what I wanted, and added her professional opinions of what would work for my face and how brows can alter your look. Gina's attention to detail was key in getting exactly the ***perfect*** brows for my face. I got up front the chair and it looked like I had had a face lift! I was in there just a couple of weeks ago and I shopped the Anniversary Sale that this chain was running and got some great buys on skincare and cosmetic products. The store was very well staffed and in fact there seemed to be extra staff on, I would imagine because where they were running their annual Anniversary Sale the store was a bit busier than normal plus it was on a Saturday evening which is when a lot of individuals and families seem to go out to shop. I took a look through their clothing department for ladies and I did see some very cute outfits and ladies separates such as jeans and tops. The store displays were attractively set up and the store was very clean including the rest rooms. The prices for clothing is a bit on the high side but the clothing looked to be of excellent quality and all of the items were all of the latest fashions. Everyone working there on the two occasions this past month that I visited the store seemed friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Carolyn in the cosmetics department. I made an order and it came 45 min later from this location. The delivery person had to call 3 times because I didn't recognize the number, so they made sure I received it. I needed a few items and since I saw their 2 hour delivery, I figured why not try it out? I think this process is great and I definitely recommend it over Amazon. I received most of what I was looking for, not everything was in stock, and although the items are a bit smaller when you're not in the store to check them out, it saved me the unnecessary trip there and back.
