At first the pharmacy employees were really nice. Then CVS hired the rudest, slowest, stone-faced people on the planet to work the counters. I started having my prescriptions delivered. The last delivery took 12 days to arrive, and I live less than two miles away. The package was crushed, had another person's name and address sticker added to the box, my name and address was scratched out, it went from Peabody to two other states and back to Massachusetts and finally to my house. Seriously? Now I'm back to picking up the prescriptions myself. Also, when I find something online that I need and it states it is IN STOCK, I go to the store and guess what? It is NOT in stock. Imagine that?

The doctor prescribed azithromycin. It was outside of the pharmacy's business hours, but I decided to send the prescription there and get it the next day rather than go somewhere else. I stepped out into the parking lot and my phone rang. It was Evan. He had dropped in to work to deal with some odds and ends and saw that I'd been given an antibiotic. He wanted to know if I needed it immediately. I was fine waiting until Monday and the doctor had agreed. So on Monday, my medicine was delivered (as always) free of charge (as always). Evan is a kind, concerned health care provider, not a store manager pinned down by quotas. He cares for his patients, and even just now took my call right away because I had some questions for him. I grabbed some cleaning supplies for the house and I also went to look around in the ladies clothing department. I saw a couple of nightshirts that I liked and I went to try them on so I could decide on one of them. The fitting room seemed very well maintained. Once I tried on both nightshirts they both fit well and looked so great that I couldn't make up my mind which of them to take home with me. So since the prices on them were reasonable I ended up purchasing both of them. The employees in the store were all a pleasure to deal with including the fitting room attendant, the staff working the sales floor and the cashier who rang up my items. The store was clean and tidy including the sales floor, the checkout area and the restrooms. The parking lot was also well kept up. I enjoyed shopping at this location.
