It was a cold Sunday and quite an ordeal removing layers of clothing to prepare. Perhaps a better suggestion to calm people after the ordeals of vaccination might be to offer fruit juice. Came back and there was nobody behind me so I told him, these were supposed to be 2 for $4 but it's not ringing up right. He sighed and returned the product for me and put the cash on the counter and rerang it up to correct the price, he yanked the $5 and some change from the return cash and finished the transaction. After some going back and forth, she walks off and out of the Pharmacy area, leaving me hanging. Guess she didn't feel like dealing with it. Another tech came over who was a bit nicer tried to explain why I would be informed the prescription was ready when indeed it was not. I really need to look into CVS. Customer Service is very lacking in the Pharmacy. Which is unlike the Cashiers up front who are very pleasant. Not good experiences here.
