At first the pharmacy employees were really nice. Then CVS hired the rudest, slowest, stone-faced people on the planet to work the counters. I started having my prescriptions delivered. The last delivery took 12 days to arrive, and I live less than two miles away. The package was crushed, had another person's name and address sticker added to the box, my name and address was scratched out, it went from Peabody to two other states and back to Massachusetts and finally to my house. Seriously? Now I'm back to picking up the prescriptions myself. Also, when I find something online that I need and it states it is IN STOCK, I go to the store and guess what? It is NOT in stock. Imagine that?

The store itself I have no issue with, actually like the store. It's the pharmacy. Rec'd a text message that my prescription was ready to pick up. I have a friend drive me down through Halloween traffic etc. The Pharmacy tech tells me quite rudely "there is nothing here for you". I said well, I have a text message stating otherwise. After some going back and forth, she walks off and out of the Pharmacy area, leaving me hanging. Guess she didn't feel like dealing with it. Another tech came over who was a bit nicer tried to explain why I would be informed the prescription was ready when indeed it was not. I really need to look into CVS. Customer Service is very lacking in the Pharmacy. Which is unlike the Cashiers up front who are very pleasant. Not good experiences here. Recently, I sat on the phone for 53, 90 and 65 minutes with no one ever picking up. Today, I was on for 15 minutes and then it hung up. I just found out today from customer service that they were out of stock and all the auto systm ever told ne was that it was in process. Last week, i asked them to expedite an order. Originally the plan was it wouldn't be ready until 2 days after the order was put in at 5pm. I asked them to rush it through the automatic phone message system.
