In from another state. Stopped to fill a prescription for my child. The lady "Jess" was less than helpful. I asked her to call the Walgreens pharmacy I usually use and also the doctor and her response was "What do I tell them?" way to go the distance for a customer that in essence shops there and pays your wage. The appropriate response would have been to help figure out how to get the prescription filled. Needless to say, I moved on to a different pharmacy who is actually working with me on this. read more

I am transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy! They are horrible with extremely poor customer service! Over the last week I have called twice to see if a prescription was ready. Both times I was told yes...however when i got there they didn't even have it in stock! There wasn't even the curtesy to tell me that. So...that was miles and time wasted for nothing. As a bonus...I was there today in one of the drive thru lanes and was told to wait a minute...meanwhile after 10 minutes another customer went in a different lane and was serviced right away. Avoid this place - it isn't worth the high blood pressure (BTW...their District Customer Service office in Burlingame isn't much help either). read more

I came in with my mother just to waste some time, when I realized that they carry the cologne my husband likes. I stood at the cosmetics counter for 20 minutes while 2 employees walked by me and completely ignored me. Then an employee at the front counter actually made eye contact with me and I mouthed, "hello, help?" And he moved over so his face was behind a stand of magazines!!! What the f*** !! I ended up walking out with nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. read more

My Experience order online with Walgreen: 1. On 6/27/2019 I ordered few bottles Aveeno body wash from Walgreen online. 2. After I placed order, I found other place cost less. I call Walgreen online customer service want to cancel the order I just placed. They were unable to cancel the order. They told me after the package arrive I can return to the store. 3. Today the package arrived, I went to the local Walgreen. The lady on duty was unable to find my online order from their computer even with the shipping list and order number. She told me that she can't do return, I need to go home and call the online customer service. 4. I left Walgreen, on my way home I found the online customer service number from the shipping invoice. I called online customer service, the wait time is about 7 minutes, the online customer service told me to go to the store ask the store to call them they will guide her how to do the return. 5. I went back to Walgreen, talk to the same lady she called the online customer service, the online customer service told her he can't process the return. The lady told me to send the package back, or accept the return with store credit. I just accepted the store credit. IMHO: Walgreen, has the worst customer service online or in store. read more

At the walgreens on dunne ave today a cashier(Alexis) was extremely rude to my grandmother who is 85 years old(apparently this happens quite often but my grandmother is scared to say anything)) The cashier argues about sales, prices that are in the store ads an refuses to check the ads. The cashier acts as if she is bothered by doing her job. I also contacted the store manager and he also acts as if he does not care how his employees behave. I am extremely angered an disgusted with this behavior.my grandmother an mother have been loyal customers since I was a small child. I can see why they have bad ratings from previous customers on yelp review. I hope they remedy this situation. read more

Drive through is an unpleasant experience. I was extremely sick, and had a prescription I needed filled. They kept trying to get me to come inside even though I wasn't feeling up to it... and even though there was no one behind me in the drive-through line. I felt like the person working there was annoyed by my presence. Maybe it would have been different if I had submitted and gone inside... but I really wasn't feeling up to standing and walking. In the end they filled my prescription, and the actual pharmacist was nice enough once I was handed my meds and given instructions. But whoever it is that you have to first interact with was truly unpleasant. read more

Sad to see so many negative ratings for this place. It appears most have to do with the pharmacy. I have never used this pharmacy, so I can't speak on it. All I know is that I go in, grab what I need, and I'm out quickly. Often it's way more convenient than going to the large grocery store across the street. I hope they get their pharmacy up to speed. Hate this place. Hours are better than safeway and others is the good. The bad is they NEVER have it ready even when your doctor sends early, you call, or need urgent refill. Drive thru is a joke for this reason, you always have to come back. Hate the service and lack of urgency, from sj with real 24hr service and never had this issue...will often transfer to sj to drive up and get it as faster than waiting. read more

On April 8th, 2019 I went to the pharmacy to seek PROFESSIONAL help and the pharmacist named Dr. Dick was literally, a dick. People are supposed to go and ask questions to the pharmacist (I asked how to pass a drug test from SECOND HAND SMOKE) and not feel judged but this guy gave me so much attitude and literally made me feel like a drug addict ! People at WALMART were much more nicer and actually tried to help me find something! SO IF ANYONE GOES TO VISIT DR DICK TELL HIM FUCK OFF read more

I am absolutely flabbergasted at the way Walgreens runs their drive thru. I just sat in line for almost an hour, with only 4 cars ahead of me. 10 minutes for the first car, 10 minutes for the next two cars combined...the car immediately in front of me was at the window for 35 minutes. At the point where a car is sitting at the window for more than 10 minutes, they should be asked to pull aside and wait so that other customers can be served. Since I was second in line, I couldn't pull out of line if I tried due to the barriers on the side. I had no choice but to sit there and wait...and wait...and wait. I watched at least 5 cars pull in behind me and LEAVE the drive thru because it was taking so long. When I finally pulled up to the window after 55 minutes, there were 2 people sitting at the window, and no one offered an apology or explanation for the absurd wait time. Walgreens, have a little respect for yourself and your patrons, and learn how to run the drive thru. This isn't my first time sitting in line for a long period of time, but it is the first time I've gone over 30 minutes. I've consistently received terrible service here since I transferred my prescriptions over from San Jose in January. Taking 6 days to receive insulin to the pharmacy, receiving calls about ready prescriptions, only to arrive for pick up and be told they're not in stock. Sounds like my family may be taking our prescriptions elsewhere to find better and more efficient service. read more

The pharmacy staff is nice, but this place is SUPER SLOW.... Don't even attempt the drive thru! They need to hire more workers for the pharmacy, because it seems to take forever.... They also need more chairs in their waiting area. read more

Love the convenience of the drive up window but could they be any slower? Seriously there will be one car in front of you and you will wait at least 10 minutes. To verify an address and make a payment??? An even better classic- you order online but when you get there they only have a partial fill or tell you they need to call for a refill!! Very unreliable. They need to work on at least doubling their staff AND customer service skills. read more

This has been my pharmacy for 7+ years. All of the staff here are excellent, just ask for Jessica, Yolanda, or the new guy Tyler is extremely helpful. The pharmacists are all very professional and they provide quick and easy service. It is busy most of the time when I go to pick up, but I don't mind because I see them do the best they can every time I'm there. I do have to get a partial fill every now and again, but I find that being because I didn't call ahead of time to let them know I needed it. I now normally call a week ahead of time, especially on my high, priced medication. Also, I realized and seen over the years at pharmacies that the more knowledgeable and attentive the PATIENTS are to their own healthcare, it's EASIER for the pharmacy staff to help them. read more

I had a horrible experience with Walgreens Morgan Hill photo department, I will NEVER use them again! Back in January I went to get my picture taken for my passport and honestly I don't have many complaints about this time. About a month later I got a letter saying the picture was not the correct size. Annoyed I went back in to have it redone. This time was quick and pretty easy, again not too many complaints other than the fact that I had to come back in. Fast forward to April, I receive yet another letting stating that the picture is STILL not up to par. At this point I am furious because I have a trip in June in which I still haven't bought plane tickets for because I don't have my passport yet due to these delays. So I go in and try really hard to not take it out on the guy working that day. I explain what's happening and he takes the picture yet again. Now I have all of my documents, receipts and proof that this is indeed the 3rd time I have had to come in. He gets it done and the starts typing at the cash register and gives me a total to pay! Seriously?! You want me to pay for another passport picture since you screwed up the first two times?! Yea not happening...so he calls the manager and he says he can't refund it, but he'll exchange it for the original one. Ok fine, as long as I'm not paying again. During all of this not a single employee apologized for what happened, I did not receive any kind of reimbursement for my trouble and I generally just experienced horrible customer service from all employees including the manager. read more

Be prepared to wait a while for your prescriptions to be filled. Seems they prioritize the drive-up window over walk-ins. They usually make you wait in line until you reach a slow boil! Then when they see you are irritated, you get all the standard apologies. They really need to rethink their pharmacy procedures. DO NOT USE this store's photo-processing department!!! I just tried having my underwater disposable camera developed here and their machine DESTROYED ALL of my pictures from Hawaii trip. I'm beyond pissed and will NEVER use them again. And their way of compensating me for THEIR problem, was another disposable camera. PISSED!!! read more

After 4 years of using this pharmacy---I am no longer giving them my business. They simply have the worst customer service. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time and the drive thru is a complete waste of time. Last time I spent 45 minutes stuck in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. Last week I went to pick up my toddler's medicine and was told once again it wasn't ready and to come back in an hour and a half. Of course I returned and it wasn't ready. In fact, they couldn't even give me another estimated time. When pressed for a retune time once again, they decided to fill it on the spot ...20 minutes later. Just went through the drive thru, only customer in line, took he clerk 20 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Seriously? This is how they do business on a regular basis. This has always been my mothers go to pharmacy since the early 2000's. Unfortunately i have seen it slowly fall apart ever since new pharmacy management took over about 4 years or so. It seems as if the pharmacy technicians do most of the running around & are really trying there best while also getting the brut of many upset customers. On the other hand I see the pharmacists stand there in the same spot with there noses in the air, just constantly on the phone (except Jennifer, she's always amazing). Once my mothers prescription somehow got lost & the pharmacy manager seemed to be placing the blame on every one else. She played no part in helping find the prescription. Although, when it was found she seemed to suddenly take complete responsibility but was hiding when it could not be found. From the name posted on the front door her name is Jayasree. She is a very nice lady to her customers but she is extremely slow, I have seen first hand while waiting she does not treat the members of her staff with much respect & has no business being a pharmacy manager. Walgreens is an excellent company but do yourself a favor & go to another pharmacy location- Hollister or Gilroy . This place will ruin the entire reputation this company has tried to establish for years with 1 interaction with the wrong employee. read more
