A new bed remote was ordered. A loaner remote was given. The new remote NEVER came. Numerous calls. Many excuses. Now the loaner is literally falling apart; wires are exposed. The delivery person has inquired. He was told i was given one already. He responded " but thats the loaner!".. months have passed. Now im told im past the deadline?.. well thats their fault! My parents have been going to this pharmacy forever, but this time there was a mistake done on their part. I called to make a grievance report which the insurance suggested that I do. The manager that I spoke to Sadie, as I explain what happened totally got bent out of shape and was acting up on the phone and I was calm about it because I was trying to get my point across. Really what I was trying to say that there was a misunderstanding because of the language barrier, but this lady Sadie response was like it didn't even matter to this situation that had occurred. I have used the pharmacy with great satisfaction for 20 + years. staff and owners have always been kind and engaging. in the last few months of '23, I have received the wrong pills in my bubble pack...I discovered the error, which was corrected immediately. The stunning anomaly in service was in Dec 23. I was in picking up a routine prescription and the staff member asked for my ID, I presented my CDL which was expired pending my completion of my written test . . The clerk, thumbed through my paperwork and RUDELY announced that it was EXPIRED! The interaction swerved towards her declaring loudly that I was accusing her of being racist. Ummm that's not where I go with strangers....so....my stomach turned. She insisted that I had been notified of the policy change and said that I'd BETTER have my ID in order next time When I called, this week, to confirm that my prescription was in, was "reminded", again, about the ID requirement. I assured the staff person that my PASSPORT was current! My sweet husband went in to pick up my prescription, HE DID NOT HAVE TO SHOW ANY ID ! ps: something fishy is going on and it's too sad and stressful to stick around and figure it out. goodbye and thank you for the many years of good service read more

I tried to get a job there but they wouldn't even reach out to me because I don't speak Spanish. I have 6 years experience in a local pharmacy as a head clerk. Saw their add on indeed and no response. I truly know I would be a great asset but i feel truly discriminated against. I feel the owner is very discriminated against people that cannot speak Spanish because I live in a sanctuary town. Horrible. read more

I have to say that Watsonville Pharmacy has gone above and beyond for ALL of our clients since they first opened a few years ago. They are always willing to help us on the phone as well - when we are trying to help people navigate their complex insurance challenges. They even have home delivery service available for folks who can't get out. For customers who have experienced les than friendly service, I would recommend you make a mental note of the name of person who helped you, and call / talk with the owners. I am switching to Watsonville Pharmacy just as soon as I can get my doctor to send in my medication list. The two scripts I brought in were filled with a smile. All the clerks were busy but they were organized and handled everything extremely well. They had time to introduce themselves and the pharmacists were friendly and professional. I called and a person answered the phone quickly and took care of me, no problems at all. Watsonville Pharmacy delivers if you need that service....free! They have a great selection of lift chairs, shower chairs and all kinds of first aid products. I picked up some great sunscreen that I have not found in any other store. . It is clean and so pleasant to do business with. The parking is easy and they have a couple of handicap spaces right in front. I feel so much better already. I went in here because it was recommended by a friend. I broke my tailbone and needed a donut cushion for my chair. I went in and they had a cushion but it wasn't a donut one. It did say it was for coccyx support which is what I needed but the cushion did not work for me. I called right away to ask if I could return it and they said because it has been opened, they could not take a return. Of course not, simply because it had been opened to test out, which is ridiculous. How would I know if it would work for me if I didn't get to try it? A waste of $35 for nothing. I love this place. Everyone in the pharmacy is professional, courteous and have, over the past six years, gone above and beyond to make sure that I had my medications. I've come in with emergency orders at 5 mins before closing...they handle it like champs. It's the kind of family run business that you wish no one else knew about. It's that good. The only reason I'm sharing the info with yelp is because it seems that the secret is already out. Over the years, the waiting area has started to fill and now I'm seldom in there alone. I wish I could give them less than 1 star, we got our prescriptions filled there for many years and only had so so service. Today was the worst! Their staff is not familiar with Requirements and I had to make several calls in order to get them "educated". In retaliation, they charged me DOUBLE my copay because they listed my bottle of eye drops as being a 33 day supply instead of a 30 day supply therefore "allowing" them to charge me for a 2 month supply! in my opinion, this is fraud and I have transferred all of mine and my husbands's prescriptions to another pharmacy read more
