One compounded product separated from the start. Another was prepared at what appeared to be double the prescribed dose. A third was delivered overheated after being left by a pharmacy employee in a hot car on a hot day for far too long. What made this worse was the response when I raised these issues. I found the customer service dismissive, unprofessional, and not nearly as concerned as I would expect given the nature of the mistakes. I also found their pricing very high compared with other options. Since switching pharmacies, I have had a much better experience at a lower cost. Compounding requires precision, care, and accountability. Based on my experience, I lost confidence in this pharmacy's quality control, product handling, and customer service. I cannot recommend them.

Yes, but he told me he would follow up to tell my doctor what was needed and never contacted him. News alert! my doctor is busier than you are and has people's lives in his hands. Yes, you have peoples lives in your hands also, but you don't act like it. I am talking about a specific incident but it continues to happen too frequently. Same story, lack of communication and blaming the doctor! If they talk to the doctor they probably blame the patient. I also notice that getting questions answered when you have questions about how to take a medication or side effects sometimes is good sometimes not. Why should I trust it then?
