The cashier made a rude and disrespectful response that "no you didn't it must of been something else because I can't use coupons on milk" as if he was there and knew the situation at the timeframe. The cashier should have been more respectful responding that coupon policies have changed instead of disregarding what someone else went threw with the coupons. I understand the area and demograph downtown but that is no excuse for disrespectful and rude customer service

First, they get a star for being the only locally owned pharmacy near me. There's simply no way I'm going to target or walgreeens, so Horsnyder's is where I'm at, like it or not. I'll give another star because the pharmacist personally intervened in my case and helped make sure I would be able to get my doses on time. I still think this special treatment shouldn't be necessary and recognize it's not the same service others are getting. The thing that really makes me mad is the way they invalidate prescriptions after 1 year with no warning whatsoever. It doesn't matter if your bottle reads "10 of 12 refills remaining," if the prescription is more than a year old they will cancel it and not tell you. When I complained about this, they told me I should track it on my end and simply note when I make my annual doctor visit. I feel a good pharmacy would track that themselves, and warn you that a prescription renewal was imminent so that you don't miss doses. In many ways I feel this is a pharmacy not well set up for sick people. I don't go to the doctor annually; I'm constantly in and out of there. I have 4 prescriptions at Horsnyders that I need to constantly babysit to make sure they don't run out or expire. It still feels like I'm having to put in way too much work to be one of their customers. Please, Horsnyders, figure out how to track when these prescriptions are expiring so that your sick patients are not missing doses.

I just wanted to say thank you for the help and compassion of the staff that day. UPS was unable to print a label that I needed to mail a package for fed ex at Walgreens. It was time sensitive and needed to be done asap. After hearing ups couldn't help I went to the Walgreens photo counter to ask for help. I was visibly in a hurry/panic. Having a full blown mom melt down and Pamela, Kadia and Celine we not only helpful with my task they took the time to hear the problem I was having and go above and beyond to find a way to get the package out that day. They also offered kind words to help me calm my panic. I can't express how much I needed and appreciated this that day. These three women really saved my day and gave me some faith in humanity. I appreciate you all and am very grateful. Thank you for being kind and helpful when I really needed it: it very much so changed my entire day around. They have excellent service, little waiting, they are so nice when I go in, they help me get through RX Insurance issues and resolve them, they bend over backwards to be helpful to me. They also offer home delivery! At CVS I wait in long lines and get moved to wait in another line, etc., they forget to bill insurance, they do not have the quantity of the pills I am getting, they have me come back the next day when they are busy. Walgrens is less waiting but cannot top the great service at TOm's.

The place is clean, wide and not cramped, the pharmacies always very busy. Walking around was so fun because I've seen here things. Usually I see at hardware places.
