The products at GNC are great, but truthfully it's all about location. I don't like when staff members are trying to be pushy and are constantly trying to sell you everything in the store and make it seem like you need it. I've found this type of behavior at other GNC locations. That's why I stick to a chosen few, and this location being one of them. One thing that most people don't know about GNC that they have samples and will let you try out some of their products all you have to do is ask. But watch out, because some locations will claim they don't and will try to force you into buying the product instead, don't fall for that it's a scam. I'm a loyal customer to GNC so I guess it's easier for me to spot a dishonest employee that will try to up sale when it's not needed. This is a great place to get your vitamins, health products and work out supplements. Just pick your location wisely.

They may be small(ish) in size compared to your typical supermarket, but they more than make up for it with their incredibly thoughtful selection of goods. From health food products to pantry staples, and from organic produce from local farms to wine and even greeting cards/gifts by local artists, Aptos Foods can easily be a one-stop shop for everyone! They even have natural and organic skincare brands like Mad Hippie and those machines that grind fresh peanut butter and almost butter (love those!). Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgeable in their field, they are truly some of the most kind and motivating people I have ever encountered. Envision sets you up with a nutrition plan and for me that was the game changer. With a nutrition plan and the group classes I have been able to lose body fat and gain muscle!
