Well stocked, well organized, clean, neat and FIFA ready CVS. I stopped by because one of our friend forgot her medication at home so this was the best decision to stop! They were pretty fast to expedite it for her and she got her medication obviously it wasn't Control medication and everything was super smooth...It was a pretty big store and as i mentioned they had so many great FIFA hoodies so i ended up buying cute soccer clips and Brazil tshirt obviously fun souvenir from this trip. Ugh. The app is worthless. Calling the store to try to talk to the pharmacy, took 7 separate calls. After going thru the neverending robot of questions, it would either put me on hold or hang up. Finally, got ahold of someone who said it was too early to pick up my prescription. But, why did the app state I could pick up today? Apparently I can't. Because I have to wait until February "30th" according to the person I spoke to on the phone. We don't have 30 days in the month of February. Who are these people working there?!! read more

I arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes before 10 AM and waited until it officially turned 10, since that's when the prescription pick-up window is supposed to open. The shutters stayed completely closed, so I waited for them to open before rolling my window down. Because of that, I had no idea anyone was supposedly talking to me through the speaker. Instead of showing even a basic level of understanding, I was met with immediate attitude. Carolyn was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the very start. Her tone was condescending, and she acted as if my confusion caused by their closed shutters was somehow an inconvenience to her. I work in the medical field, and I would never treat a patient or customer the way Carolyn treated me. Her behavior alone made the entire experience horrible. It's unacceptable to show that level of disrespect to someone who is simply trying to pick up their medication. No one deserves to be spoken to the way she spoke to me. read more

Drive-Thru Always Closed We chose this CVS in Morgan Hill for the drive-thru pharmacy, but it's never open. They keep saying it's due to being understaffed, yet every time we go inside, there's clearly enough staff. #ThankYouTursday2021 Came into CVS Pharmacy to get my mom a booster shot. It was very easy to book and appointment at the kiosk and have it right away. Wait time was reasonable having to wait for 2 other people to get looked at first. Waited for a bit them my mom was called in to get her booster shot. The young man taking care of er was very thorough and made sure to have the right information for her. She got her booster and he looked after her for the 15 minutes and then we were on our way. The employee helping her out was very welcoming, friendly, and patient, and even though he was different race it was nice that he knew Spanish and was able to communicate with my mom. He derives a 5 star rating for his work ethic, patience, and kindness. In the future I will bring my mom her if needed for vaccines or other services. Walked around the store while we were waiting and found some cool items to add to my first-aid kit. I bought 4 items so I got a free first-ait kit. I didn't need the first -aid kit so I will be gifting it to my sister because everyone should have on in their car and one at home. They also carry the Welly kits in a veraity of sized with different items depending on what you need. I went with a small one that will fit in my purse. I really liked the Bye Bye Germs in the clear pouch. Will definitely return her for first-aid items and cute random stuff they carry too. Hi read more

Book your appointment online, provide your insurance information so it's all free, then just show up at the drive thru window with your confirmation code. Again I went to Drive up to pick up my prescription. Right when it was my turn they posted a sign "drive up closed come inside ". I get inside and there is a long line of 10 people. It's 5 pm and there are two people helping customers and c two people left I guess to go home. Why? I would assume 5 pm would be a very busy time since people are getting off work. Worst pharmacy I have gone to. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I tried to get my husbands meds filled and they wouldn't take it because he had sent me a photo of it (since he's at work and won't get home til late). The girl with the black glasses told me if he wanted his antibiotics he would need to bring in the physical copy of the prescription himself as they cannot accept a photo of it. So My husband had to leave work early to get there before they closed with the physical copy and the pharmacist started giving him a hard time about it being a physical copy and why it wasn't sent in electronically. Like ma'am I honestly don't know and I honestly don't give a shit. Just fill his damn prescription. It literally took almost an hour to get the meds filled I'll start going to Costco for my meds from now on because this whole thing was absolutely unnecessary. read more

I like how she really tries to help you and I feel like she is friendly. Sometimes doctors or nurses treat you like they're really busy and talk down to you. But Anu is patient and understanding. I don't know what the deal with the low ratings is but this place is a pharmacy. Yes they sell snacks and soda and personal care items but their job is quickly, efficiently and accurately dispensing meds within the letter of the law and doing so in combination with the great customer service they provide. New girl is just as helpful as the rest of the wonderful staff here. read more

I have worked retail and understand it is not the store's fault for being low volume when it comes to staff . This store specifically is definitely quality over quantity. The staff is genuine , always helpful and not that overly aggressive fake. They have built a steady relationship with me since I frequent the store and they always make sure to check on the stock I ask for . Yes you can always go to a big box retailer but there's just something that feels good going somewhere where they recognize you and treat you like a real person . Hats off to Andrew and his team . This is a bit of a comment, not to berate CVS, the store is clean. The sales clerk was extremely polite, but there's only one person in the store. I don't know what's up with corporate America, trying to save a buck. There's too few employees in the store, except the two people at the pharmacy, and one sales clerk, that's it. When you need help with an item, or you want to check out, you are forced to use the automatic check out, or fend for yourself! which I don't like. This is a philosophical thing, it puts people out of work. Other stores, small family stores in Morgan Hill, San Martin, and in Gilroy, I always have plenty of people in the store to help you, just to mention a few the grocery outlet, San Martin, café, and Rocca's. If the small storage can do it, I would think, the big stores could too! read more

Safeway gave my wife and myself the flu shot and didn't charge anything while CVS wanted "Over" $150. for two injections while we both had Medicare and a supplement insurance to cover the costs! I was a germ freak way before this pandemic started. As a kid, I use to not let my own mother share drinks with me and I use to be inside her. Like I use to be a fetus in her uterus. I know I probably didn't have to clarify that, but I wanted to just in case. I'm not as bad as I use to be and I now let my mother share drinks with me. During a time like this though, my old germ freak habits are coming back to me. Anyways, when I went to the CVS drive thru, I was glad to see the CVS employees were germ freaking it up, just like me. They had gloves on and when I gave them my credit card they wiped it down with disinfectant before giving it back to me. I like that the CVS employees and me were on the same page. read more

Incredibly poor service at the pharmacy - literally every time I have gone in, they've managed to get my refills wrong in some important way. The staff are surly and act as though you're inconveniencing them by attempting to get medication from the pharmacy they work at. While locating an over the counter medication that requires scanning of a drivers license, I overheard a gentleman explaining he'd ordered his medication, wasn't able to pick it and as such it was returned to inventory, and now that he was in he needed it to filled again. The employee he was speaking to refused to acknowledge what he was saying and kept telling him he already received it, this went round and round. When we finally located the allergy medicine we were looking for, my daughter and I walked up and the lady behind the counter looked over and said they were closed, despite the all the windows were open and she was still arguing with the man needing his prescription. I returned the item needing pharmacist assistance then went over to self checkout. Sadly many items that can be purchased don't register for their weight in the bagging area, so multiple skip bagging, juggling of the weight....why this is important? Because it affects total time inside... after completing our transaction, we returned up our truck and I looked at my watch...6:03.... There's no way that the time I was turned away to the time I got up my car was less than 3 minutes, which means the pharmacy turned us away before they should have truly been closed. Annoying? Yes But sadly I'm not surprised. I can say when I drive across the street to Walgreens, everything went smoothly and folks weren't just professional, they were pleasant and helpful. read more

Pharmacy customer service needs improvement. So I walk in, there's a white couple in front of me. They go right after an older white gentleman. They had two prescriptions. One of those did not have all the details on the electronic Rx. The other was not in the system. The woman in the couple says she works for the doctor so she can call him and get confirmation. She asks if the pharmacist will be ok with verbally obtaining the info from the doctor. Pharmacist says yes. No answer. A minute later, doc calls and the pharmacist speaks with him. Yada yada. Prescriptions will be ready as soon as possible. Couple leaves to walk around while they wait. That took perhaps 10-15 minutes. I've been there the whole time. There was another employee in the background. Did not bother to help me. And the pharmacist at the counter, she says she'll be with me. I keep waiting. She says she'll be with me soon. By this point there are two people behind me. Then there are four. That's when the other employee, short young Latina, comes to the desk and starts helping. It's clear my time doesn't matter. I'm a person of color. So were the employees. All the people helped including the couple and the people behind me were white. I draw my own conclusions. But Morgan hill is pretty diverse, so this is just messed up. read more

As we approach the front of the store we walk into what seems like a closed establishment. It's CVS! We shouldn't be walking around looking for employees. I don't mind if employees greet me at the front or not but I shouldn't have to play hide and seek just to purchase an item. We finally find an employee (Joseph) I believe name was who I then asked if we could have help with an item that was locked. As he walks to the area where we needed help we went to the next isle down to grab something real quick as he peaks to our isle stating"why would you call me over if your not there"! I'm not asking for too much now but respect especially from a well known establishment shouldn't be too much to ask for. Service sometimes is key to keeping customers in and out. I will be starting a new job and I needed to get a Tb test done. I looked up who gave them and decided to try CVS in Morgan Hill where I live. There was no way I could get into see my doctor anytime soon. I went to the kiosk and checked in and within a few minutes they took me back to the room, asked for some information and then gave me the Tb test. She gave me a follow up appointment to read the Tb test and I paid and left. It was stress free and in and out. I am so thankful they had this Minute Clinic instead of having to wait to see my PCP. I will definitely be going back if I need another Tb test or vaccine. read more
