Gone there several times only to find the coiled hoses hanging with no way to attach to the Tire stem. Corporate keeps telling complainers to alert store staff but they're usually so understaffed and busy they don't document the problem. Finally bought a battery powered compressor at Autozone to top-off after running over the bomb craters in Middletown's East Main St. (pretty fake brick crosswalks do nothing for safety Mayor) Top notch frozen shakes though! Too bad they don't offer burgers anymore - used to head there straight from work each morning (3rd shift) because the 'sausage-whatever' sandwiches at Mickey D's, Wendy's and Burger Whoopie are just SO greasy! Ordered a meatball sub one day and nearly just walked out after seeing one of the clerks wipe her nose with her hand while wearing the same glove she later used to build the sub. HELLO!?

The deli team had to walk underneath the cord of the phone because only employees are allowed in that area for insurance purposes. I totally understand that, but the old fashioned corded phone was now cutting the work area in half since it was stretching to me on the customer side of the deli. It was busy too! So they are making sandwiches and then they have me asking them to hit a number on the phones base so I can move through the prompts! That being…read moresaid, my family was traveling home from a long road trip and encountered a problem with our vehicle. The vehicle was smoking and we needed to get off the highway ASAP. We pulled into this location and parked around back. We needed to pull the wheel off to evaluate the problem. As my brother was doing this, we noticed a sign stating No repairs to be done on the premises. 5 minutes in, an employee came out and said "no repairs!". We told him that we had seen the sign after and were not repairing, just trying to find the problem. He again said "No repairs!". We told him that we needed to stop before it became serious and asked him if he could recommend a friendlier place who would allow us to park and take care of our issue. He looked at us and said "the owner has seen you on the cameras and has called me. 5 minutes!" We ended up putting the tire back on and as we were leaving the wheel locked up and we had to pull off onto a side street with no street lights (it was getting dark) we had been traveling for hours and all were hungry but after that interaction, we would not even entertain buying anything from that establishment.
