I definitely recommend asking for advice if you need it. They walked me through the process and helped me choose the right products to lighten my dark 3NN permanent hair, which I've had for years. I've been putting it off for so long, so I'm really glad they were there when I came in. They even helped me pick out a shampoo and conditioner that work with my hair type and are safe for color-treated hair. The only thing I regret is not getting their names!

The store smelled nice and I liked the music. -Service- I was greeted right as I walked in the door. Opi (I apologize if this is not the correct spelling) was extremely sweet and helpful. When I brought my items to the counter, she suggested I swap one of them for something else that would yield better results (the items were the same price by the way). So glad I listened to her! Thank you for the advice! -Price- I was actually shocked by how good the prices are, especially compared to big companies. I went for a breast reduction consultation and left his office feeling DISRESPECTED and…read morediscouraged. The doctor had ZERO bed-side manor. He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. It felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too. At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. When he was done, instead of letting me cover up again, he continued to talk and then opened the door - potentially exposing me to the whole staff right outside. I had to rush to turn around and cover up with something. The office itself was very dirty/outdated. The chairs in the room were all stained and the paper from the last patient was still on the table. The staff were nice enough, but unprofessional - laughing and joking loudly behind the desk. I would never let this person come near me with a knife. Luckily for me, after a month they had still not sent my request to my insurance, so it was easy for me to find a different doctor. I found a professional doctor, with a hard-working staff, who did an amazing job.

The pharmacy is another story entirely. After moving to Middletown in 2024, due to availability of medications and how close it was to our new home, Walgreens seemed like the only choice. This location is understaffed to the point of being totally unreachable by phone. You have to physically go in to the pharmacy to get anything filled or any concerns addressed. Then the waiting game begins. I understand the red tape that comes with filling prescriptions, especially controlled substances, but the way things are done here is completely unacceptable. I don't blame the staff, I blame the company itself. The way this pharmacy runs is unfair to both the hard-working employees and the patients. In the year and a half of dealing with this pharmacy, I can count on one hand the amount of time things have gone smoothly without stress.
