The store smelled nice and I liked the music. -Service- I was greeted right as I walked in the door. Opi (I apologize if this is not the correct spelling) was extremely sweet and helpful. She asked me what I was looking for and directed me to it. When I brought my items to the counter, she suggested I swap one of them for something else that would yield better results (the items were the same price by the way). So glad I listened to her! Thank you for the advice! -Price- I was actually shocked by how good the prices are, especially compared to big companies. It was kinda hard to only pick up what was on my shopping list lol -Did Not Like- The only thing I dislike is that this store is a bit out of the way for me lol -Noteworthy- Lots to choose from! -Recommended?- Yes

I went for a breast reduction consultation and left his office feeling DISRESPECTED and…read morediscouraged. The doctor had ZERO bed-side manor. He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. It felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too. At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. When he was done, instead of letting me cover up again, he continued to talk and then opened the door - potentially exposing me to the whole staff right outside. I had to rush to turn around and cover up with something. The office itself was very dirty/outdated. The chairs in the room were all stained and the paper from the last patient was still on the table. The staff were nice enough, but unprofessional - laughing and joking loudly behind the desk. I would never let this person come near me with a knife. Luckily for me, after a month they had still not sent my request to my insurance, so it was easy for me to find a different doctor. I found a professional doctor, with a hard-working staff, who did an amazing job.

I have nothing bad to say about Walgreens as a regular retail store. My spouse and I regularly shop…read morehere for all sorts of things- staff is friendly, store is clean, has good stock. The pharmacy is another story entirely. After moving to Middletown in 2024, due to availability of medications and how close it was to our new home, Walgreens seemed like the only choice. This location is understaffed to the point of being totally unreachable by phone. You have to physically go in to the pharmacy to get anything filled or any concerns addressed. Then the waiting game begins. I understand the red tape that comes with filling prescriptions, especially controlled substances, but the way things are done here is completely unacceptable. I don't blame the staff, I blame the company itself. The way this pharmacy runs is unfair to both the hard-working employees and the patients. In the year and a half of dealing with this pharmacy, I can count on one hand the amount of time things have gone smoothly without stress.

But you would've thought I was picking up some morphine. Medication processing for over 4 hrs and then I get there when it's "ready for pick up" and I'm still waiting.
