Erica worked hard to give me several options for wigs that would match the hair that I had. They were all very good options and I had a difficult time deciding! I walked in, we chatted for a few minutes and I showed her a pic of how I normally wear my hair. The first wig she put on and I looked just like myself. it was astonishing!! She cares about her customers, and wants them to feel great when they walk out the door. She also gave me more information, about when my hair would start falling out, than anyone else had. Because of her I was not blindsided when it started. I was expecting it. She helped me fill out the paperwork for my insurance company too so I could get reimbursed ASAP! After wearing the wig for the first time, the hair was a little long around my face. I went back to Cathy and she cut more bangs into the wig and framed my face. it is now perfection.
