I blame this conduct on inexperience with customer service and on their "management." I will say I was assisted by a very charming, knowledgeable young woman once I very nicely asked a question about some products. She was kind, interested, and obviously very experienced in the field. I want to thank her for her customer service and excellent advice. I will return because of HER customer service and care.
