They have a leopard-print broom that I get a kick out of. The hair dressers also take their time with you - I have never felt rushed out. They really take care to make sure that you look great! Also recommend them for proms and weddings... They do great updos and have lots of accessories for you to choose from to put in your hair if you do not bring your own. ( I've had them do my hair for two formal occasions!) They sat her in the chair for under 30 seconds and said "ok" but, there is an $80 deposit. I went in, gave them the $80 deposit for a $250 treatment, made an appointment, got a receipt and left. I called and left a voicemail the day before her appointment to cancel. Never received a call back. We are now requesting a refund for the $80 deposit and being denied being told there is a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Nowhere on the receipt or in plain viewing is there any notice of a 48 cancellation notice. My wife called to see if maybe they could apply the $80 for a simple haircut for my daughter, they said no. To think they won't refund us is unfathomable.
