No vague or bizarre description that makes no sense. When you open the lid on the jar the aroma envelops your nose and it smells exactly like what on the label. Granted, it's a little more expensive than what you might find in a big box store, or discount place, but you get what you pay for; a quality product at a relatively inexpensive price. Especially when they have it on sale, certain times of the year. There are candle holders and candelabras of various designs; something every taste.

I ordered some soap online that I didn't realize had micro beads in it (I thought those were banned). I brought the soaps in, grabbed what I wanted to exchange them with, and stood at the register for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. Then, the manager tells the line of people that they can help them at the other set of registers. So I move over, not having anything to hold the soaps I'm exchanging, and then there is magically a cashier at the original register. So the transaction begins... I bought the online soaps for $6.50 each. The current sale is $3.50 each. Instead of honoring the price and making life easy, I'm told "no we can't do that." I did not have the fight in me to argue further so I'm just taking the issues up with corporate.

She was a natural beauty with makeup that enhances her features, and didn't look overly made up, like I sometimes see at make up counters. I explained to her that last year I purchased two shades of their blush that I didn't think were a good color for me so I desperately needed help finding something that didn't make me look like "Mrs Santa Claus" with big rosy cheeks. I also asked her to show me how the "sculpting/contour" kits work because I can't seem to find my cheekbones anymore! If my husband hadn't been outside waiting for to eat, I could have stayed in there all evening!
