I was initially told I would have to undergo chemo so I wanted to be ready. Diane did not rush or push the product.. she was very relaxed, provided me with education about wigs. Diane then selected a 'topper' and it was love at first sight. Due to other health issues my hair thinned on top over the years and I have done everything medically to treat or restore the thinness. I decided to buy the topper regardless of chemo to make me feel whole again. The topper was so convincing my family, closet friends, and others thought I did something new to my hair and told me how fabulous I looked. The clips to the topper were perfect as the wind swept through my hair.. It looked so natural and did NOT budge.. comfortable as if it was not there, and highly breathable. Hand tied human hair of top notch quality and the color was a perfect match. Even when I thought I would have to undergo chemo I contacted Diane and she told me if I needed any help or to have the clips adjusted she would do this for me and she would do anything to fit me in.. Like I said I ended up only needing radiation. But I also gained a sense of who I was prior to hair thinning. I looked beautiful and when I choose to wear the topper people are still 'wowing' over my new look (which is not far off from my reg. style) even the part on the side of the hair which was custom made and the cut was perfect.. Diane did this with her masterful hands.. so meticulous. Great human hair wigs cost money.. but hey going to Diane is so well worth it. They have a leopard-print broom that I get a kick out of. The hair dressers also take their time with you - I have never felt rushed out. They really take care to make sure that you look great! Also recommend them for proms and weddings... They do great updos and have lots of accessories for you to choose from to put in your hair if you do not bring your own. ( I've had them do my hair for two formal occasions!) The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are a tiny bit pricey... being a college student, it is not always easy to spend a lot of money on highlights, but I think that it is worth the extra money to go with them because they do such an amazing job every time!

Each time, I was asked to provide the same information, despite prior chats and confirmation that the return had already been received. I was told I would get an update within 24 hours--days went by with no communication. Only after reaching out again was I finally told the refund would be processed. While I did eventually receive confirmation, I was disappointed to see that shipping was deducted, even though I had already paid to send the item back. After all the delays and lack of follow-through, that felt like poor business practice. Customer service should not require this level of persistence just to get a resolution. The lack of communication, repeated runaround, and having to chase my own refund made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
