Hi, it would be nice if you counted and dispensed medications in blister packs to the families in Wurtsboro that take at least a combined amount of 30 different medications, seriously. Especially, if they are elderly and supporting their special needs. Blister packs are a dime a dozen and so easy to prepare. What a gift to the patient that always says hello when they visit. The blister pack multiple medication bubble pack service reduces medication errors, eases patients' anxiety, improves patient adherence, prevents missed doses, assists care givers, provides visual checks on weather medications were taken or not, and is a space saver and provides ease of portability. These book-fold bubble cards look adorable stored anywhere, but must just keep them safely stored away from children of course. Just takes seconds to get arranged and packed. Overall, a great service to provide patients. Plus It will improve your bottom line. There will be healthier and happier patients in the long run. Nice thing wouldn't you say? Where did you go to pharmacy school anyway? read more

I have been a loyal customer to Rock Hill Pharmacy for over 25 years. as of today I will no longer be a loyal customer. They charge my card twice for one item I told this happened they said they'll talk to management about it and give my money back. this has been over 4 months now and I still don't have my money. Also they do not take returns it doesn't matter if you bought it an hour ago. And then they were very rude to me today. read more

Great people, very friendly***** shop there always. Been a customer for 8 years. Great location.

Very good service friendly people.never have a issue getting my medicine from rockhill

I'm removing one star because this would the 2nd time I was kept waiting while standing with a cane while customers who came in after me were waited on. I recently had a major surgery and even told one staff how very painful it is for me to stand for a long time! I'm hoping that the service rule of first-come-first-serve, especially where disabled customers are concerned, will be honored in the future. read more

Fast friendly service. For example my wife called in her prescription around exit 118 on 17w and by the time we got to exit 109 script was ready and waiting she was in and out even pick up a few extra items. read more

This place is a complete joke.If you want customer service MUCH WORSE than Walmart then you found the right pharmacy. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I had an operation yesterday I AM IN PAIN. They offered me NO solution to get my pain meds delivered because they needed the script.THEY WERE COMPLETLY UNHELPFUL.Even after I told them I had an operation yesterday and I AM IN PAIN!!!!!! The hospital happened to call right after this. They told me to call the doctors office and see if they could assist me. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and Rock Hill start's delivery around 3pm. They did call it in but the delivery person already left. They said they could deliver it Monday.REALLY??????????????????? They don't even deserve one star. And the woman at the doctors office also said the pharmacist was VERY rude and almost hung up on her. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

They are the only pharmacy in town and they act it. Customer service is horrible. I would rather drive to Monticello then use them. Customer beware if you need help go somewhere else. read more

I absolutely love this business. We have used them for almost five years. They are conveniently located right next to Crystal Run Health Care. Their staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I used to come in with my four year old daughter, while carrying my 10 month old son, to pick up his prescription baby formula. The staff would always carry out the box of formula to my car for me, without me even asking!! Try getting that service from the Walmart pharmacy... not likely. They are always very timely in helping me when I have a question about choosing an over-the-counter medicine also. The pharmacists, Joe and Scott, are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to answer (sometimes silly) phone calls about dosages. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

I have been going to Rock Hill pharmacy since they opened across the street! I love them! Scott & everyone are so nice & friendly! I walk in & they know my name & I love that personal touch! Not only do they get my prescriptions done fast but they work with me to ensure that I get the right medication that works for me! Keep up the good job guys! read more

I called to get my child's reflux meds ordered. It is a special compound- they said "we do that, but we don't have time for it right now." I asked when I should call and they said they just couldn't do it because the pharmacist was too busy. So, my child has been vomiting because of them. Thanks Rock Hill Pharmacy... For nothing but aggravation. read more

Completely inflexible. Beware of their Mountain Meds program if you have a child in camp nearby. Total rip off and possibly your only option....good times! read more

Outstanding service. We are Florida residents who were stranded in Rock Hill by hurricane Irma. Rock Hill Pharmacy worked with us to get approvals for meds to tide us over. Greatly appreciated. read more

An old-fashioned, friendly place. They are not slow, but they don't look like they are in a hurry. So if you are expecting the kind of hustle common in NYC, you might be disappointed. However, many times in NYC, pharmacists and assistants rush around and yet one has to wait a long time to get the meds. Here, I usually get my meds in 15 minutes. People here are low key and friendly and give you all the time you need. If you were the one being helped, you'd really appreciate the attention, though you might not be too thrilled if you wait while they help someone ahead of you. So I say: Take it easy and trust the old-fashioned kindness while it still exists in such close proximity to a big city. read more
