With the big box pharmacies you may wait in a circuitous voice-activated system that is hardly what I'd consider good customer service. in contrast, calling Dedericks and with one button push you're talking to a live person within 15 seconds. if you're getting your prescriptions at a big box chain, you're missing out on a much more pleasant experience from ordering to pickup. She helped all three of us with the rewards system and our coupons, particularly the person in front of me since her phone number didn't work at first, and she made sure to tell all of us to have a great day. The only reason I'm rating the entire store with 4 stars is because I have had several issues with the pharmacy in the past. A common issue I see is getting the notification that my medications are ready, but the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock when I get there. Im sure there is a way for that to be fixed as it is most likely just an issue with the system sending out those notifications too early.

It may not mean much to them but a $130 prescription that costs $25 with a coupon matters in my budget. They balked at it SO many times with so many reasons of why they shouldn't help me until I called right after the store opened and someone just ran the coupon over the phone it like there was no idea a bunch of other staff refused saying it couldn't be done. I used the app to facilitate delivery four days ago and only because I was concerned that it was lost did I contact them again only to be told it was never processed. I've had numerous encounters with the staff at the Route 208 practically having to beg for services they advertise. Trying to fill a basic prescription and coordinate delivery has been a disaster. Heaven forbid you express frustration or confusion... They are combative, defensive, discourteous, unorganized, unkind, dishonest, defensive of their lack of adherence to protocol, unhelpful and rude. They make suggestions to encourage me to travel to the store after I've repeatedly said I have a disability that prevents it. They've suggested my child return to their store after being denied assistance she sought such on my behalf previously. I've been without my medication for a month due to incorrect information and when I've expressed frustration I'm treated as though I'm the problem instead of whatever disconnected business practices make their staff unwilling or unmotivated to provide the services we all pay to receive. There is a severe disconnect in the manner in which their business advertises services geared towards preservation of health and the complete dehumanization and negative health impacts of the disabled community through the application of your business practices. It's truly disgusting and motivates me to seek a different service provider. Horrible treatment of consumers and humans in general. Don't bother asking for Manager Karen... she takes no accountability has zero empathy and will direct you to 1800 Walgreens in the nastiest tone she can muster.

Especially, if they are elderly and supporting their special needs. Blister packs are a dime a dozen and so easy to prepare. What a gift to the patient that always says hello when they visit. The blister pack multiple medication bubble pack service reduces medication errors, eases patients' anxiety, improves patient adherence, prevents missed doses, assists care givers, provides visual checks on weather medications were taken or not, and is a space saver and provides ease of portability. These book-fold bubble cards look adorable stored anywhere, but must just keep them safely stored away from children of course. Just takes seconds to get arranged and packed. Overall, a great service to provide patients. Plus It will improve your bottom line. There will be healthier and happier patients in the long run. Nice thing wouldn't you say? I can't imagine paying full price for medication but unfortunately some people do need to pay out of pocket and I feel for them. This is your typical CVS with overpriced produce, over priced over the counter meds (e.g. Tylenol, etc) so there's nothing really to brag about this location. I am excited about the new local pharmacy that's opened up in the village of Goshen which I plan on fully supporting. So if you dislike this chain store be sure to check out the new local Cure Pharmacy in the heart of the village just a mile down the road.

So I follow their guidance. The new script cannot be filled because it needs a pre authorization. So now I don't have the old script and have to wait on the new one.
