Not so with Dedericks in New Paltz; they are very proactive and actually call to tell you is an order has been delayed. Calling? With the big box pharmacies you may wait in a circuitous voice-activated system that is hardly what I'd consider good customer service. in contrast, calling Dedericks and with one button push you're talking to a live person within 15 seconds. if you're getting your prescriptions at a big box chain, you're missing out on a much more pleasant experience from ordering to pickup. Highly recommend supporting your local pharmacy especially when they do everything right!

She helped all three of us with the rewards system and our coupons, particularly the person in front of me since her phone number didn't work at first, and she made sure to tell all of us to have a great day. The only reason I'm rating the entire store with 4 stars is because I have had several issues with the pharmacy in the past. A common issue I see is getting the notification that my medications are ready, but the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock when I get there. Im sure there is a way for that to be fixed as it is most likely just an issue with the system sending out those notifications too early.

When I picked up the partial I was told to come back in a month and the next month would be filled. It was at that point I was told that since it was a controlled substance I would need a new prescription. My complaint is that when I picked up the partial I could have been told that I would need a new prescription and a special code that enabled them to fill 3 months. I feel that this is poor customer service that needs to be addressed.

The blister pack multiple medication bubble pack service reduces medication errors, eases patients' anxiety, improves patient adherence, prevents missed doses, assists care givers, provides visual checks on weather medications were taken or not, and is a space saver and provides ease of portability. These book-fold bubble cards look adorable stored anywhere, but must just keep them safely stored away from children of course. Just takes seconds to get arranged and packed. Overall, a great service to provide patients. Plus It will improve your bottom line. There will be healthier and happier patients in the long run. Nice thing wouldn't you say? The produce is really well taken care of and the small hot wing bar carries some nice last minute party side needs .
