Prices vary; some items like Jake's cheeses were much lower than grocery stores in NYC/LI or farmers markets, other products were on par or more expensive than what I've seen, (psyllium husk capsules $20+). It pays to look around the store and compare prices. A good place to make a pit stop if you're on a road trip upstate or want to take harder to find items back home.
